I had one muffler shop try and sell me a completely new very expensive muffler and tail pipe system to pass inspection. I knew my suv didn't need all that. It was obvious that what was there was in pretty good shape. I took it to Russells auto repair and he did a cheap fix on the existing tailpipe and off I went. I appreciate their honesty, thank you

Great shop and honest prices. I even had an issue after I got a new timing belt and water pump and they fixed me up in less than a day! A lot of places try to rip you off for maintenance but not Russels!

Being a woman I've been taken advantage of when having my vehicles repaired, its always hard to find a buisnes that is trustworthy. Russell's is by far one of the best hands down!!! I expected my bill to be crazy high an over priced, complete opposite, quality work at low cost! I will be a returning customer for sure!! Fast, efficient, communicated with everything he done, test drove his work. I had part of my exhaust repaired along with tie rod, sway bar end links, wiring harness. He even balanced my tires for me!!! Thank You!!!

This is the single best, most honest merchant I've ever been associated with. I've been bringing cars there for years and I've never been disappointed with anything. They are so honest, it's almost hard to believe. I am sure I don't even get charged for everything they do at times. No, they don't really take appointments, and yes, I've had a car there for a few days because of that, but it doesn't even bother me, because I know I'm never going to be mistreated, lied to, or overcharged for anything.

The most honest mechanics i ever met. They'll tell you when something needs to be fixed. They'll also tell you when something doesn't. Then there's the bill. Like half or less than what you would pay elsewhere. Been coming here for years because I trust the quality of their work which is only surpassed by the quality of the people doing it. Fantastic 😁. I went there for oil change and brakes, come to find out i don't need brakes they just had a hard spot on pads. Most places would have changed them and charged me but I still have 70% of pad left. So honest I really like that.

I don't think i have ever in my life had a shop call me and say that my bill will be about $100 less since the labor did not take as long as predicted.

I could not believe it, that is what i call honesty, and my friends a little of it goes a long way, I would never even think of going to another shop.

If you want honest, reasonable and good work done don't look anywhere else !

We finally have found a place we can trust.
We stupidly went to a dealer for a repair that cost us four times what Russell's charged for the same job. We have learned our lesson. Great service, wonderful people!

They did my exhaust on my 1970 F-100 for fair price and did excellent work.

They are always awesome! Like to know that they are very trustworthy. Price is third of what it is at a dealer!

I can't say enough about this place, if you're looking for a good mechanic at a fair price look no farther give them a chance you'd be a fool not too.
