Joey B's Food & Drink Concord

Nice place, excellent service, very tasty food. My only drawback, if it is one, is too much food. Dishes are ginormous, which is generous, but sometimes, less is more? However, quality was not sacrificed for quantity, it was VERY delicious. We will return!

I loved eating at this place many years ago and was glad to revisit Joey B’s since I am back in the area! My friends take turns picking were to eat and this was my choice. All five of us had a great time and great food, even though we all ordered different selections. I had the “hammer sandwich” which is an awesome open face ham and cheese on garlic bread. (Shown in the photo) The service was great despite being there on a busy Friday afternoon. Great blend of Italian and American food.

This place is great if you want a safe American food option. They dabble in other types of cuisine, too (they have a huge nacho plate).

I got the fried chicken lunch. The chicken itself was run of the mill, but the mashed potatoes were fantastic. As of now, they only serve their fried chicken on Sundays and Tuesdays.

The food, drinks and atmosphere are so good. My wife and I sat in the bar area on a really crowded Saturday. The bartender Lexi, had 5 tables in addition to the bar. She was very attentive to everyone and that area ran so smooth for the couple of hours we were there. Definitely recommend.

I met a friend for an early dinner. The other restaurants in this family line have a nicer atmosphere primarily due to architecture. This is more like a regular South side bar. It has a large stark seating area. The service moves fast and was very courteous. Food came quick and was good, not great. The Happy Hour Special for $14.99 was a value. I tried the Chicken Spedini with a side of white cream pasta and a starter salad. That is a lot for your money. Also $3 beers during Happy Hour. I will be back.

Great place for dinner, we really enjoyed it, we had a big group and they accommodated us and gave us a really good service considering, as the restaurant was totally full. Dinner was very good, they have many options and portions are quite big, however, the price was a little over budget for that kind of restaurant. Other than that, I recommend!

We had 10 people for a birthday celebration, they were very kind, food was great!
I was able to bring a cake in and they brought plates and forks and we're very sweet
We did give our waitress a piece of cake and she was very appreciative. Great food and great place.

I took a friend to lunch for her birthday. It was just a 5 minute wait to be seated. As stated, the place was packed. The server spoke with us within a few minutes and we ordered a salad and drinks which came quickly. At that time we ordered the entrée. The food was out before the salads were finished. We found that to be as expected from a well run restaurant. The place is one of several around town and all have a good reputation, well deserved.
In good weather, there is outdoor seating, but the view is of a parking lot and street. All in all, Joey B's is an excellent eatery.

I absolutely love this place. so many options to choose from. this is the trashed wings, LOVE. I also am a huge fan of pasta con broccoli and meatloaf.

This place is always busy, we lucked out and at 2pm we were able to get in there without a wait but it was crowded for a place at 2 on a Friday. They have real french fries, not the battered ones and no spices on the fries. For me that is a ++. Both my friend and I were very happy with our lunch experience.

Great food, great service all around a definitely must

Took my friend here for her 80th birthday. She really enjoyed the Tortolini and salad. It was the lunch special, $15.99. The place was jam packed, but the food came out in a timely fashion. Clean restaurant too.

Wow, what can I say. Lots on the menu to choose from and from my experience, I haven't found anything bad yet. Now to the dish that I ordered, the BBLT. I went to lunch with some colleagues and they said, "if you like BLTs, they have a pretty good one here, it has so much bacon on it that you will have to take some off to eat it". Well, you know how people exaggerate the size of a meal. I ordered it and let me tell you, it was massive and true to their advice, I had to take some of the bacon off of it. Great sandwich, large portion sizes, great wait staff.

Only been there once so far. Delicious food. A bit pricey for the 3 people I paid for. Gonna have to try some other dishes by myself. 😁

Really enjoyed Joey B's. The food was great, and the service was excellent. It was very busy but no issues at all.

The family loves this place. Kiddo loves the toasted ravioli. Husband, the prosciutto ravioli, and me the strawberry and cream martinis....oh and the steak modega. The giannino house salad is always a must!

If you go at lunch please try the salad and ravioli Prosciutto. 12$ and one of the best est meals ever.

My kid lives on cheese sticks. The provel wedges are his favorite!

Oh my goodness their pizza is absolutely amazing! I typically order potato skins myself and order it without chives which they get wrong sometimes but they always make it right and that goes a long way with me! That's why we always go back! But again the pizza..... AMAZING!

Had a great meal! We had James for our waiter he was on top of his game. Took care of our soft drinks before we were out and kept checking on us.

The food was delicious. We went there to celebrate my birthday. The Friday special was Steak Gianino. I was pleased to know that the restaurant was affiliated with Bill Gianino's. The house salad was good and familiar. 😋

The side salad was huge and so so delicious! Every single plate had HUGE portions. Prices for each meal was around $19+ but the portions are so enormous that I get why. I had the meatloaf dinner with green beans and a side salad. The beans had zero flavor and were a mushy texture. A zero score for them. The meatloaf just wasn’t what I was hoping for but there was lots of it, so if I had enjoyed it, I would have been so happy. Next time I go, I will only order a salad. I had ranch dressing on mine and it was perfect. The service was on point with a friendly waitress. The atmosphere was warm and inviting too. I was in a party of three and we could talk without stressing our vocal cords so not overly noisy. No annoying customers and no crying children or babies. So pleasant!
