They helped me get child support from my children’s father. Also you can have your case re modified every 2 or 3 years. I just did one at the beginning of last year because he had gotten quite a few raises over those couple years and it went from $396.00 a month to $771.00 for two children. I was shocked. One thing I am still adjusting to is they was giving me the $396 on the 1st of the month. Since the new amount started I now get a weekly payment of 177.00. I preferred the monthly one myself. They should give you an option.

Nice workers most of the time, but there is no rush in this department. It took a year for my home state to give it to MO to enforce, because he skipped all the DNA tests ordered by my home state. Finally MO takes the case and his DNA was on file already, but I needed to go to the same exact place that took our DNA the first time, and do it again. It took about a year to have him served with a joke of $60 a month. Appealed it since I wasn't getting anything anyway, and it was raised. I filed the month my son was born, and didn't receive any payment until he was 3 years old. One single payment in the almost year the case has been "active" and it was less than a month's support. There's no rush to enforce here, plan on knowing more about the other parent than enforcement does.
