After working for longtime (17 years) @ area hospital & local eye doc for short while being offered job here and spending total 6 hours there working knew wasn’t working. Girl does “training spend most of her time on her cell less time teaching and talks you like your trash when she does acknowledge you. “Two hours sitting there checking out patient she responded “hurry up lunchtime “. Extremely unprofessional and oddly they take everything when you start working and never given W-2 fill out etc very odd. Speak patients like there dirt. I told office manager everything her response “so calling it day?”. Grab my bag left and she assured me I be paid few hours I worked didn’t say when. Do yourself favor stay away . So still after two weeks leaving I got text from office manger my check would be mailed still no check so I’ll be heading office this week after learning they our officially closing Aug 31,2023 blogging my mind why waste hiring ppl what disgraceful office. I don’t get my check I will surly report it

They employees at the front desk are nasty little gremlins. Disgusting place with mice running through the halls. DO NOT GO HERE. You will probably end up dying. Reported to Board of Medicine, Better Business Bureau, And State Division of Services. These trifling excuses for medical workers should not be getting away with providing such below-par health care to the elders and minorities in this area. What a disrespect to the communuity.

I went to Medcom in Pleasantville NJ. The receptionist, really has a bad disposition. She needs customers service training. I would never attend that office again. I was the first patient there at 1:30, I had a 2:00 appointment and even called to see if they had a earlier appointment. They did not, so I came in at 1:30 to complete paperwork. I asked the receptionist to reschedule my appointment and she got smart. I reported her to the office manager and the office manager refunded my co-pay. It is the worst. Very Very unperfectional.

Even if this was your last option: DO NOT take your loved ones here or ever work here! This office is so unprofessional and even patients make comments about never seeing the same employees every appointment. Management is HORRID! The person who handles medical approvals is always so high, she’s seen sleeping in front of patients. Employees are harassed and mistreated in front of patients. No one in the office follows HIPPA regulation so your business is most definitely everyone’s business! Patients even try to pretend they can’t hear the rodents scratching around in the ceiling and behind doors. They only want your money and will make sure to have you do 7 different unnecessary tests to make sure they get that money! DO NOT GO TO THIS CRACK HOUSE!

Fox News and pro Trump media continually on waiting room TV. I complained, and ended up having to wait in car to avoid this fascistic garbage.
