Friendly, helpful, currently remodeling and new ownership but we look for it to stay the same great place it's always been.

Watch out for this service. They will take you where you need to go, but:
-They can show up between 15 minutes and an hour.
-Most of them won’t tell you about this, but would usually tell you that they will be over to pick you up. I’d recommend future riders question the details before you get the ride.
Today, I was at Crowder College and needed a ride home, so I called them for a ride at 7:43. Like usual, I got an okay but no info about how long it will take. The driver was an older woman. With no heads up, I waited 30 minutes. It was 8:15 when I called them again, which sparked when a friend offered to pick me up if the taxi wasn’t nearby. I called and asked if they were nearby, making it clear that if they weren’t, I would get another ride. Instead of understanding that, the driver, who WAS nearby, got mad at me, telling me that “it’s not okay” and “if you want to ride with your friend, then use him instead” and hung up before I could correct her.
Funny enough, this wasn’t the first time I had run ins with this particular driver. A similar thing happened earlier this year, but I was at the YMCA. I waited almost AN HOUR before I called for the second or third time about reasonable concerns, like how long I’ll have to wait before she shows up, and, lo and behold, I got called “rude” for calling them out in the most polite way I can say. I subsequently ended the call because she was obviously unresponsive.
Shouldn’t the drivers communicate with their customers about important info like this? Some in this taxi company doesn’t think so.
Until communication improves here, I’ll have to give this place a 2.5 star rating for this driver,l and 4 for everyone else and I WONT be using them anytime soon.

The gas might be cheap but the service is bad. All these girls always have an attitude problem and treat me like burden when I spend so much money here. So, I'd rather pay more for gas somewhere else in exchange for good service, with kind people, who deserve my business and my money. I won't ever go back.
The manager has always been super snotty since the newest owner has taken over. It's not that hard to pretend to be nice even if you don't like your job.

Bought kerosene there today. Prepaid $10, because I didn't want a full gas can in the trunk. Kerosene pump was old, so I kept an eye on it; knew it wouldn't have automatic cutoff. Before I knew it, the can was full and the pump read $02.57
I was confused, but didn't know what was going on, so I went back in to see about it. The girl working went to look at the pump, came back, and said, "The thing is, you actually pumped $25.70, YOU HAVE TO MOVE THE DECIMAL POINT." [emphasis mine]
I was out another $15 I never intended to spend and you can't tell me I'm the first person that's made this mistake. The owners are either crooks or too lazy to replace misleading equipment.
On an unrelated note, there were three or four people sitting around inside, apparently just hanging out. The place reeks of cigarette smoke to the point that I really regretted bringing my toddler inside with me.
