Quote process was simple. Communication was good. On time arrival. Worked on the house in 100-degree weather. Was done in less time than estimated. Happy to do the work. Confidence in knowing how to do it. I needed small help with one high-up-to-reach item which I forgot to mention with the original quote, and were happy to talk through and solve it. Found a trim piece we didn’t even know was loose and fixed it. Work completed: deck maintenance repaint, flashing nail down, 2-story house washing including covered front porch, half-medallion trim on the front of the house caulked and painted.

Tim and his crew were awesome throughout the entire process of transforming my basement. They did the job from demolition, to creative carpentry and use of metal, to a special paint job on the ceiling and installing new vinyl plank flooring. Tim selected the right guys for the job and they consulted me for every decision that would impact the design and functionality. Mike and Ty are professionals and so detail oriented. I was able to show Tim and his crew pictures of my ideas for the space and work together with them. He is so responsive and easy to work with. I loved how he used technology to let me know when craftsman would be arriving and also to send me very clear invoices. Tim also deserves special kudos for facing the challenges of working professionally and safely during the pandemic. I look forward to working with Tim in the future to maintain my deck and exterior wood staining.

Company is outstanding. Tim provided all details of how work would be performed. Painting crew was super. Showed up on time and went right to work. Corrected several areas we.hadn’t noticed and applied extra finish to make sure all looked great.

Completed the job quickly and professionally. Cleaned up everything before the left.
The crew even went beyond and suggested they paint the top of our bookcase with a “tougher” paint which would protect the top. Not part of the original job, but it looks great!

We are so pleased with our experience working with Tim and his crew on cleaning and staining our deck. Tim was great in staying in constant communication concerning scheduling and working around issues with timing and the weather. We had a great experience working with Tim and his team. From beginning to end, the professionalism of the company shined. 3 things impressed us. 1. The quality of the work. impeccable. Great work and clean up. 2. The communication. We were kept completely up to date on the job. Weather was a factor that affected timing. We were updated on schedule and able to plan ahead. That was much appreciated. 3. The price. Very competitive with 3 other quotes, and included 2 coats of paint instead of one. We will be calling on them for our next painting project.

Tim and his team (Levi - House Washing, Mike/Daniel - Staining) did an outstanding job on our deck. We’d received bids that were more expensive plus those other companies weren’t able to remove most or all of the existing stain which meant we’d have to go with solid or semi-solid stains. Tim & Levi were able to remove all of the existing stain, which then allowed us many other stain color options. We couldn’t be happier with the result. Levi, Mike and Daniel were all very professional and accommodating! It was great to be able to support our local businesses during this COVID time. We’d highly recommend this company.

County House was very impressive! We’ve had a number of different crews in our house over the last 3-4 years to do a number of different projects. Without a doubt, County is the most professional and courteous group we’ve had in. They were polite, friendly, aware of their footprint in our home and extremely professional. Then there is the work that they did... unbelievable! That’s all I can say. My house has never looked better! My wife, who is a stickler for doing things right, cannot believe how amazing their work is. It was a 3 day project and on day two we went around and noticed some “misses”. Well, day 3 before I could even point them out, County had already found and corrected them.

They will be my first call for any future painting needs and my first recommendation to anyone who ask.

Tim and his crew were very responsive, timely and respectful. We have used them to paint the exterior of our home, power wash our siding and most recently paint our basement. All three projects were completed in time and done with high quality. Will for sure use again for future projects and will highly recommend to others!

Update 11/11:

Levi came out yesterday and took care of the missed area. You have to back up to the point where you're almost in the neighbor's yard across the street to see the siding section. We are all set!

Tim Trog, the owner, is great to work with, and Levi, his site man, was very professional. The work was great, but they missed a fairly large section of siding that would have been impossible to clean without getting up on the roof. It could not be done from the ground, I do not believe, but it can be observed from the ground if you back up far enough.

I need to have them out to correct this omission and I will then change my rating to 5 stars. Thank you! I would definitely use them again next time a cleaning is needed.

Tim Trog and his team did a fantastic job. Very professional and the CREW was very courteous. Conscious of every detail, and very efficient. Tim arranged power washing of the siding on the north side of our walk out ranch. The job got scheduled quickly. Communication via text and email was terrific. The job was completed as scheduled. The siding looks beautiful after the power wash.
