Nice place, predominantly 55+ housing with several transient sites, helpful polite staff. Great place for a stop over for a night or two. Close to AC.

I lived here temporarily W/my mom &2 daughters.. our 1st time experiencing RV living! GREAT PLACE TO STAY& GREAT PRICE!! VERY clean, safe, family friendly.. Small park& sum lots lil tight but staff is helpful& accommodating.. pool in summer, park &gated dogpark, summer events, laundry facilities, propane fill.. PERFECT if on a budget seeking a fun getaway! &great for those looking for a comfy place to park up & stay a while!! I LOVE IT HERE!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ALL!! 👍👏 💯

A most welcoming, fun, CLEAN, relaxed resort with great amenities, get togethers, and a clubhouse with goings on planned by staff for the residents! An intimate community with stores, shopping, hospitals, and businesses close by. It's easy to see why some have lived here for 20 years plus!

Love shady pines. It's quiet and safe and open year round. I've been there almost 2 years and no complaints.

A wonderful place. Very friendly people. Local community friendly. Geographically perfect to visit the tri-state area New Jersey New York Pennsylvania and all its wonderful history. Current events are usually happening daily in various cities in Atlantic County area. Activities have slowed down. Beautiful area to visit.
Remember while visiting this campground:
Be friendly, you are all neighbors for as long as you are here!!!
Think logically, the lots are designed spaciously. Pull in parking is suggested. Allowing vehicle emissions too dissipate in the street area while idling or warming up. Parking backward in the Lots trap the emissions between the lots and under the units. You will be considered not a friendly camper
Look for outdoor local events Winter season is beautiful in Atlantic County. Share the events with your neighbors. Ask for the event to be posted on the local events board at the Recreation center.
Visiting this wonderful place is always relaxing. Meeting various people from various places. Camping is about relaxing.
When you want to come here and relax you are welcome but please allow everyone else to relax with you separately or together whichever you prefer please park wisely you could be harming your friendly camping neighbor. Enjoy your stay

Nice smaller RV park, mostly full time residents but has a few longer pull in sites for weekenders and day trippers.
Very clean, large bath houses.

This is a nice little retirement community. 55 plus to live here. But as a result often units up for sale. Younger can visit or even stay over with family or friend , just not move in. Between 50 and 75 units, mostly prefab slightly larger than a double wide), and some are trailers on wheels. Some events for residents to do one or 2 nights a week.

We only stayed here one night, but thoroughly enjoyed the park. So far the cleanest amenities we've seen, and the gravel parking ground is a great feature if you like to keep your rv floor from constant dirt/grass coming in. We will definitley plan to come back.

Only stayed for a weekend, but it was a nice quiet campground with everything we needed. Far enough away from Atlantic City to be away from the crime, but close enough to drive to the beach.

Great Staff, amazing neighbors, and wonderful experience overall.. Dog park, Kids playground, and awesome swimming pool.
