Shelley Moellenbeck: Allstate Insurance

I have insurance with Shelley for about a year, this past Saturday I bought a boat. I wasn't sure how the insurance worked for boats So I went to the office. Lady on the right side of the office welcomed me right away and asked what I needed then Shelley saw me and came up to help. They gave me a wonderful rate and A+ customer service. I definitively would recommend them to anybody. The hardest part of the deal was telling my wife I bought a boat.....

We would consider no one else except the Shelley Moellenbeck Allstate Agency to handle our insurance needs. We've been with this agency for almost 2 decades. The service that Shelley and her team have provided to us over the years has been top notch! We've been lucky enough to have had less than a handful of claims over those years. During those times, Allstate always met our needs and the agencies follow up was very thorough. When Allstate say's "Your in Good Hands" they really mean it!

I went into the office about a week ago to make a payment, and discuss adding more insurance. Brian and Genny were so helpful in explaining all of it to me and got me the best rate around. So very nice and pleasant. You don't find that kind of service just anywhere. Wish more people had their positive outlook in the business world. Great job!

Shelley works to make sure you understand your options and that you have the correct coverages in the event of an accident or loss. She is honest and consistent. The team does the same. Follow-ups after changes and yearly reviews.

I went to make a payment in person at Shelley's office, as her office is close to my house and I find it easier. Upon entering, I was greeted by the cutest little toddler girl. Shelley's beautiful daughter and gorgeous grandchildren had stopped by to bring Shelley lunch. I enjoyed sitting there and chatting with her family. Shelley has a way of making you feel right at home. Her strong family values make me feel extremely comfortable having my children insured by her also, as I know she will treat them as she would her own children. Shelley is just the most genuine lady and I cannot imagine being insured elsewhere. Also, her front of the house staff, Liz in particular, are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I enjoy speaking to Liz when I call in.

I’ve used Allstate for so many years that I can’t remember. When I live in Texas, Allstate was trust worthy and supportive on anything I’ve needed.
I moved to Missouri and feel even stronger about this Insurance. No surprises, They knowledge and support any requests that I’ve had. I’m blessed to have Shelly Moellenbeck have my back as an Agent and friend!

Shelly cares about her clients. After I signed up with Allstate she took it upon herself to comb thru my policy and found I had 50,000 in coverage and for $0.25 extra I could have 100,00 in coverage. Great find and for a quarter more every 6 months who wouldn't want that. Geico never lowered my rates in the 8+ years I was with them accident and ticket free, my rates only went up. Shelly and the Allstate team saved me money on my premium while giving my family way better coverage than Geico ever could. Thank you

I was with a different Allstate agent and unable to get the information I need for a homeowner policy change. I called Shelly and within a few minutes had not only the information I needed but the policy changes were made. She was polite and direct.
