Great food at a great price and the portions are a nice size as well. Definitely our go-to for Chinese food in the area. The workers are always great as well. Take out orders are always quick and hot when we get them back home.

Got the General Tso’s Tofu and a order of Crab Rangoon. The tofu was the best I’ve had, fried just right. I got extra spicy, it was the perfect amount of flavor and spice. The meal was hot and really tasty. I’ll be back for more!

THE BEST CHINESE FOOD in St. Louis is served here! The food takes about 10-15 minutes to make once they take your order which is 15-20 minutes faster than some others we’ve visited. That being said, their combo plates are awesome! I also recommend their spring rolls (light and fluffy) and their almond cookies are 3 for $1.00! Ands taste great! This restaurant is very reasonably priced in spite of inflation. There were three of us who ordered from there and the cost with combo plate, 1 set of 3 cookies, an order of spring rolls (and egg roll that comes with combo plate) was around $13-$14 with tax each. If you skip the spring rolls, it would be around $11. Or $10 if only the combo plate. I personally think this restaurant is a diamond that other Chinese food foodies have yet to discover. But I personally will stay a loyal customer because the food is just devine! I ordered beef broccoli. If you like these two foods, I suggest trying it at this restaurant! There is a sauce that permeates the rice even past when the main food is gone. Food stays moist and hot to the end! Not spicy at all. Also, their menu puts a hot pepper emoji next to any spicy foods on their menu so no awful surprises for your tongue and taste buds when your order is served. We did take out and even after driving home and unpacking groceries, this food was still hot (temp)! This restaurant is just so on point!

The staff is very nice and the food is consistently the same. This is our go to Chinese food restaurant.

I've tried over dozen other places within a 5-mile radius. No one competes in quality, quantity and price.

Paul always answers the phone, you wouldn't believe it, but he is a super funny, smart dude. That is once you get to know him. He's one of the tallest Chinese guys I've ever known at over 6 feet.

Tell him Russ sent you. Ask him about anything custom, and they will adjust things to make it your way.

It is not typical that up front in Chinese culture to automatically be super friendly. He's all business until you get to know him. Plus, they are super fast and efficient and never messed up on our complicated orders in the last decade; otherwise, I'd bust his balls when I came in the next time.

And I've ordered $50 to $100 worth of food, and the response for pickup is almost always 10 or 15 minutes.

Everything is so fresh and, frankly, the best I've had anywhere in a long time unless you want to go to Chinatown up to Olive, and even they would compete very well there.

It's a family-owned business. They've been here for over a decade, with Mom and Dad working the back, they speak very little English, and Paul communicates.

You can't go wrong with anything there.

I got the Tso Tofu it was awesome I've never had This kind of Tofu it was hot,sweet crispy 😋 yum I will be getting it alot.Oh and it didn't teast fishy like some restaurants 😋

Everything ordered was delicious, fast and had a nice portion. The egg rolls were huge and fresh and the spring rolls tasted great as well. The prices are low for the quality and portion size, big win!
I recently moved to the area and started trying all the local chinese places and so far this one is flat out the best in the area and I will be ordering from here again.

1st time here. Tried other nearby places and those are overpriced and food was subpar at best. China Gardens surprised me! I had beef fried rice and crab rangoon. Both were edible and definitely didn’t get sick. I would recommend this place!

Our first time ordering from China Garden was a wonderful surprise! The egg roll….the largest you have ever seen and delicious!! The crab Rangoon was fried to perfection with a tasty crab filling. We got the combination plates for dinner (no one offers this for dinner) with terrific pork fried rice and General Tso’s chicken. Way more than enough for 1 meal! So delicious, SO reasonable, we cannot wait to go back!

I have never once had a bad experience here. The family that runs the place is quick, even with big orders. The food has never been anything short of delicious. I would take this little place over any high priced chinese restaurant any day of the week without a doubt! Best dumplings and best General Tso's in St Louis!

OK, I'm not one for "size matters", but you need to see the egg rolls here. They are HUGE!!

Love China Garden! They deliver. Their crab Rangoon is some of the best I’ve ever had. Love the pepper beef and egg foo young. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Located in a good shopping center for ease of pick up. Great combo deals.

This is my go-to Chinese/asian carry out place. It's close by, they are fast, and the spring rolls are fire!
Edit: We are working our way through the menu, just tried their roast pork lo mein. The roast pork is tender and flavorful. The noodles are perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection! To those who gave poor reviews; I believe you have mistaken it for another restaurants. ❤

Best Chinese food in St. Louis! Always fresh and made to order! They have never messed up my order in the 4 years I've been coming!

Great food. They are very willing to change items like stir fried chicken instead of deep fried breaded if you want them to. I like, vegetable egg foo yung, chicken and broccoli and kung pao chicken. Crab rangoon excellent too!
