The doctors are very friendly and they take care of all patients.

I just left America’s Best in Mays Landing N.J, my daughter broke her glasses so I went to the store to order new ones. I called yesterday and spoke to Christine who works their she was so pleasant over the phone and even nicer in person. She helped me right away instead of waiting to get new glasses she made sure I left the store with new glasses for my daughter the same day. I really wasn’t expecting to leave same day with new glasses and the same pair I Originally bought that my daughter loves. Very hard to come across pleasantly nice workers now and days. Had such a great experience we will definitely be coming back often thank you Christine.

Dr K is a excellent clinician and loving and caring man

Luv Dr. K. Always takes care of me and my husband. Been seeing him for at least 10 years. Staff is very friendly to both of us! Luv them all!! La Keisha has helped me with my s.s. disability. Will b back when the office opens back up.

An excellent small practice. Dr. K. genuinely cares about his patients and has a great bedside manner. The office can get busy though, come early!

I've been with doctor kupaniy for 5 years or more great bedside manners he comes to the hospital when he needs to see you he has saved my life in couple occasions will not trade him for anyone all his staff is friendly and caring

Love Dr K, he is great!! Always helps me and always takes care of me very well. You just have to get to know him. The girls are very nice and down to earth, no snobs in there. And always gets whatever you need done or sent to another doctor right away. I love this place and we see his wife for the kids in AC. Shes awsome too!!!

Patient, caring highly sailed medics .

The staff here are terrible. The only thing worse is the doctor I went to. They do not listen or care. They just want to get as many patients through as quickly as possible. Every time I go it’s like the first time. No one remembers anything about me. Like at least read my chart. Oh and don’t try and call out of an appointment that will cost 65 dollars.

If you value you’re time, don’t come here. Ever. The staff has been unorganized for 15 + years, still as bad as ever. Still 2 hour waits past scheduled appt times. No one cares to fix it. Dr is a nice guy but not nice enough to make up for the lack of patient care or concern

Dr. K is very caring with great bedside manner. He is knowledgeable and good to his patients. Unfortunately his staff is lacking. The office staff at Island Medical Associates is rude. You WILL sit in this office a minimum of 2 hours before being seen by a doctor. You will be ignored and spoken to as if you are bothering them. The patients with insurance are CLEARLY seen and checked in prior to those patients paying cash. Come early because even with a 10 o’clock appointment expect to be there until 1pm.

If I could give 0 stars I would have. The staff is rude. The management lies and cheats their staff. The patients are just numbers to them. The place is outdated and gross. Don't waste your time.

Richard is very rude!! I call for a refill and I’m denied my refills until I make an appointment to see the dr?!!! I’m fine!! I feel fine why do I need to make an appointment to see him for pills I need?

They rescheduled my appointment for a time when I had to call out of work. When I called to check in I was told I no longer had an appointment but could reschedule Again for another time when I would have to miss work! In addition to getting a referral to a chiropractor that doesn’t even accept my insurance!! Most of the front desk staff there is a damn Joke!

The people here are incompetent, they repeatedly scheduled me for a follow-up appointment unsolicited MULTIPLE times harassing me. There's more I could say but I'll leave it simply like this, DO NOT GO HERE

OMG! They do not stop calling!!! I have asked for more than 5 times, and today they kept calling during my work. I called back complaint, then they give me an attitude for asking them to stop calling me!!!!!

I would like to give 0 stars. Atlantic city office is unprofessional, dirty [bugs] and the doctor was the worst. Don't waste your time and money here!
