Very friendly and knowledgeable. They give you a feeling like you stepped into a friends house and you're ready to sit down for a cup of coffee. The history in the store alone is worth the visit.

This place is one of those great music stores that definitely has a history. I got to sit and chat with the owner, who has just an abundance of stories and good vibes. They sell their own custom guitars as well as some unique used guitars. This shop is definitely worth going to.

Need to make a trip to Neosho just to see all the unusuals as well as uncommon items stocked, always changing products and more than awesome supporting staff.

Side note, the clothing and other music related items, most for sale, are unique, taking your mind back to the keystone days of fandom for hair metal.

Articles from Ted Nugent's tours and many, many, many autographed items that just make Totem Paul's a museum as well as trading post.

Neosho suffered a great loss when Fly by Night closed. Totem fills that void nicely. Great atmosphere, good folks, and an ever expanding inventory... what more can you ask for. You're doing a disservice to yourself by not stopping in and checking them out.
