This rv park is small and wonderful . We arrived and friendly gentleman helped my husband with our trailer backing it up at site and explained hookups!! This park is awesome!! I highly recommend it!!

Very, very clean, well maintained lots and trailers. Rent is more affordable than I even expectedRandy is the owner, nice, friendly, but he don't put up with B. S. You can tell by his face, trust me. And Ms Ardis, his wife, is so nice, and funny too... Just a nice place to live if you want peace n quiet . And they DO ALLOW up to 3 pets or unit which is the"cherry on top" if you ask me!

Ardis her daughter and husband were amazingly kind and helpful. They waited for us till we arrived, we got there at midnight and they helped us to set up.

My husband and I are new RV owners, Ardis and her husband took the time to come in the morning and helped us empty our holding and gray water tank, filled our fresh water tank, and answered all the newbie questions we had. We’re really grateful with them.

We really recommend this place, the cost for RV parking with full hookups was very good compared to other RV parks, it is very quiet and very nice place.

These people have been so wonderful and understanding. I am so thankful to have such great landlords!! They fix things when needed and are very respectful with privacy and those things.

The lots are pretty long so you can get some big campers in here. Rent is the cheapest I've had. The owners are amazing. Rent is like $428 plus electric. You also do get your own mailbox, which is kinda nice. The lots do have room for two vehicles. I have a decent sized truck and I could easily have another parked with zero issues. The few people with homes keep to themselves. They do have a strict 5MPH speed limit. The only cons I have is its right along the highway, sometimes the trucks can be a bit much going by. The other con is more of an inconvience, and that is they don't take credit cards. Otherwise I choose to keep my camper here because of the cheaper rent.
