Joshua has people skills, cares about his clients and has knowledge.

Never had a more seamless, easy, and enjoyable cell phone store experience. I was informed about all of the deals and discounts which saved me a ton of money. Nick was great in answering all of my questions and I would not hesitate to return to that very store for any further lines, tablets, watches, or possible problems.

Nick did a great job helping us set up a new account. He's very knowledgeable and was easy to work with. The whole experience was top notch.

Got new phones for my kids and brought their old numbers. Had issues with it but Yeshara and Joshua were such a huge help! They made sure to take care of us all the way through! Joshua even offered to come in on his day off if we needed! We felt very taken care and not just another number. They deserve a HUGE raise! Thanks guys!

Josh was awesome. Fixed a problem we had been dealing with for 3 weeks already. Others at other stores to fix it and couldn't get it done but he fixed it in 60 seconds!! Excellent.

The store was clean and quiet. Joshua was friendly and very helpful in giving me all the information I needed to make an informed decision, as well as very explanatory in how to use my device, other products that may interest me, helping with accessories, promotions that I may be interested in and helping get the best deal.

Zander helped me with my billing issue and it was the fastest resolved issue I’ve had from any Verizon store. Highly recommend.

I went in to see about a promotion they had going on and get an upgrade. I had a fantastic employee Yeshara help me out! She made sure that I knew of all the other promotions and made sure I understood what she was doing the whole time and made the transition to a new phone smooth and painless. Had a great experience.

I stopped in your store while I was traveling and asked a very nice young man to help get my phone from black and white to color. He got it, no problem at all. I bought a phone case from him and was so thankful to him.

Nick made the process of getting a new phone pretty painless. Took less time than others that have helped in the past. Very polite.

My phone line wasn’t sending or receiving text messages, I tried everything on my own. Nothing worked, but in less than 10 minutes, a Verizon representative fixed the problem. Thank you!

Nick gave me excellent service. I wasn't aware of just how long the process of upgrading/adding lines would take, and he stayed an hour last closing to help me get set up, so I wouldn't need to return at a later date. He was knowledgeable, easy to work with, understood my needs and treated me respectfully.
