the new staff has been absolutely amazing and accommodating. the lobby is perfectly clean and i recieved help right away. food was fresh and hot and the staff was very friendly. 10/10 satisfied ever since they’ve reopened the lobby and changed staff

The best Taco Bell we have ever been too! Cleanest! And they actually put a bunch of ingredients in their food!! We Will be back!

I had an incredible experience with this taco bell. First thing, walking in feels like a blast to the quality past. It looks super vintage and it's great! The customer service, superb. All of the cashier interactions with my friends and i were all great and correct. Lastly, the food was as always amazing. Thank you taco bell to have fine establishments everywhere i go.

We all know what we are getting when we go to taco bell. A nastalgic experience of chihuahuas and the best mediocre mexican food you'll $1 can bu (picture was $8). This service was great, i ordered too much and now feel fat. Exactly what I was expecting.

Food fresh kinda slow but had nothing else to do

While the wait was a little long (due to lack of staff, can’t really blame the ones who are working for that) the service we got was very excellent. The worker was very friendly and the food was good and hot. It’s obviously not gonna be gourmet authentic Mexican food but it honestly wasn’t bad compared to previous experiences!

Good some times takes longer than normal but with short staff everywhere it's completely understandable. Good two dollar menu options! I order every week!

Went through drive through rat 10:20pm. Asked for extra Fire Sauce and the worker absolutely delivered. Best tasting tacos ever. Thank you night crew! 😁

The store was very nice and clean. They have contact free pickup for food and kiosks for ordering. Also can order online. The food was good and hot. Service was excellent and the employees were pleasant and helpful. Even had enough room to park a tandem propane truck.

They've welcomed my employment n been extremely understanding of how life plays out sometimes. Good crew of hardworking young people.

The manager in charge was phenomenal! Best upbeat personality I have came across ever! Vlad's customer service was just off the chain. You deserve a raise, hands down. Don't stop being the bubbly, outgoing person you are. It's hard to find people who love customer service that actually enjoy it!! :)

Despite the other reviews, this place is perfectly fine. The workers were lovely, the bathrooms were clean, the food was as good as you'd expect from any taco bell. Perfect stop on a long road trip. Stop here and support this local business.

Honestly they have really improved from where they were a few years ago!

Felt like making a night slushy run and chose to go to Taco Bell. I ordered a Baja blast freeze but requested it to include the pineapple from their cherry sunrise freeze. I was far from disappointed. The drink tasted great and the staff were very friendly as well. Night time Taco Bell runs are the way to go.

Watford needs a Taco Bell‼💗 Very friendly & welcoming, some things weren't ready, but the lady was apologetic n extremely nice about it.

THEY FIXED THE CHALUPAS TODAY!!!!!
I used to hate the chalupas here because they were always rubbery. I also hated the staff here because they were rude and lazy. So I typically avoid this Taco Bell. Today my boys were really good for 4 hours during their appointments and wanted to go to Taco Bell so we went I and asked them to please drop fresh chalupas and to my surprise, they were very nice and did just that! However, they were still rubbery and kinda cold. Just not a chalupa. So I went to the counter and told the lady that the chalupas are always rubbery here and asked if she could tell the manager so they could figure out why and I think she may have been the manager or if not, she should be because she was super busy but very sweet and we had a whole conversation about it. She said she wanted to try something and made a new one for me. IT WAS PERFECTLY CRUNCHY AND HOT!!! She said it just needed to be fried a tad longer. Very cool!! I wish I had asked her name so I could give her proper credit but she rocks!! Great job Taco Bell for getting new awesome staff and turning it around!

So Friday August 20th I came to this Taco Bell and I’m recently new to are only been here for a couple of years but I went through the drive thru and by surprise I was greated by grace or Gracie with a happy tone of voice and some funny jokes (: she gave me the best customer service I’ve received in North Dakota and honestly any place in awhile she gave us the best experience and made sure of it .. we’ll definitely be back and hopefully she’ll be there to great us again.

Excellant food for Taco Bell. Short handed on employees. Like every business in Dickinson, so had to wait a while for food. It was hot and delicious. Clean eating area.
