AT&T Store

Very great service when me and My husband walked through the door. Greeted right away, asked about our day and asked what we needed help with. My husband needed a upgrade so they were on it quickly. He upgraded to a Galaxy s23 ultra. Our bills have never changed much and the price for our service is cheaper than anywhere else we have went.. Been with AT&T for years and we will never go through anyone else. Keep up the great work, very friendly.

Went into the Dickinson ND store to buy some accessories for my phone. I was greeted right away by Alicia the store manager. The store was extremely busy but she managed to help everyone with kindness and professionalism even while a customer was yelling at her for something that was totally out of her control.

Went in to upgrade my phone, the rep was amazing! He helped me set my new phone up, transferred all my data and got me set up with some new accessories for my car and at home! Definitely recommend this store and everything the reps did for me! Thank you!

Great store and fantastic customer service. My phone had fallen in the water and rep Daniel checked it out for me. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I would definitely recommend this store.

I went in today to purchase the new note9. The store was under staffed and busy. But despite that Kelly did a fantastic job taking care of me and answering all the questions I had. Her multi tasking and customer service was outstanding. This store must be extremely thankful they have her. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Joshua was very helpful and quick. We needed to updated a 4G sim card to a 5G in a couple phones. The both staff members were you very knowledgeable.

It wasn't the store, but I guess I'll leave this here. We decided to bite the bullet and get cable. AT&T was by far the best price for the package. When we called I updated all my info and some computer glitch didn't keep the change of address. The day of the original install I left my phone at home when I finally got to it I discovered they still had my old address which was a burned out shell of a home. Called to reschedule and Shawn (I think his name was) made the long call pleasurable and much less frustrating. The man that came to do the installation (I really wish I remembered his name) was awesome! Patient when my boyfriend admitted he knew nothing about what he was trying to explain to him and promised to relay the message.

Daniel Reed was very knowledgeable and patient while helping me. His professionalism was greatly appreciated. I am now ready to use my new phone and experience some technology 🙂

The people were courteous but we ended up going to Bismarck to solve our issue because it was not a corporate store and there was little they could do.

Joshua did great. I have worked about 7 hours to get all my information to my new phone and could not get it. He did it in less then half hour.
