JADE Laundry

I live in Jennings. I drove past about 7 laundromats to get to this one. This is the best laundromat in STL. First of all they have an app that lets you pay for the washer and dryer using your phone. Second the place is actually clean. No roaches!!! Third the man working there keeps a close eye on the door and makes sure to open the door or bring out rolling carts for customers coming in (it’s the little things that make all the difference). The vending machines take Apple Pay. You really don’t need to use and cash here everything can be done from your phone (except the 1) detergents and bleach). I would rate 100 stars if I could.

Clean laundromat with easy-to-use app for paying. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Came here with 6 loads of laundry and their huge washers and dryers made it efficient!

Nice and clean and, staff is always pleasant and friendly. Gets really busy after 8am on the weekends but, that's a sign that it's a good place to do your washing. Smaller laundry mat than I'm used to going to but still a great place to wash

Came at 9:45 and was told they were closed with an attitude. I stated that the door said 11:00 and again with an attitude was told that was only for people who already started washing before 9:45 side note I was only there wash and not dry and I told her this and her attitude response was “I know”
I will not be returning when rude staff is working

I just moved back to St Louis from California. The machines here work so much better than anything I had access to back home. I like doing large loads for convenience, but the machines in California restricted the water they used, so they felt super clean to me. I'm so glad I found this place on my first try. Also, thank you to the attendant for explaining the machines & App. Very convenient to use.

I love how washers and dryers are connected to an app on your phone so that you don't have to use coins, although they take those too. They have different sized washers and dryers at different prices. The medium washers are like $5, the huge washer is $11, then there's small. Not sure how much those are though. Drying is dang near free. I paid $1 for a 20 minute dry in the huge dryer. You can add more time by adding more money. I will be returning.

Wow this Laundry Matt is awesome! 👌 I have 4 children so sometimes I need something bigger and better. You download the app Huebsch so you can pay to start the machines. The biggest washers time was only 22 minutes or so. I was in and out.

We travel for all United States, is the first time in 9 years, We see a place like this !!! Clean, new and nice machines, owner check if you need something. Really this is a
great place for laundry if you are in St Louis Missouri.

I love this laundromat the attendant was very nice and helpful! It is very clean and professional! There are many ways to pay they use a cool app you can link a card and add money! You can change cycles add more time to your dryer from your car using the app! Also they have a laundry service where you can drop off your clothes! Highly recommended!

I utilize the drop off and pick up service that Jade has to offer and I am so pleased with the service. I have a spa and I have my linens and towels laundered and when I get them back they are clean, smell fresh, folded and organized so neatly!! 10 out of 10 recommend.

Yes yes I love this laundromat, not too far from my apartment!!! It is very clean, love the music they play, the prices are reasonable and the workers are nice/friendly. The change machine gives you back bills if you don't want 20 dollars in quarters...love that. This place is awesome, thanks for opening up & in a convenient location. BLACK OWNED business!!!

This place is the best laundromat I have been to. It’s has new machines that you can operate from a smart phone, so no need to have a pocket full of quarters. But if you wish to use them the machines take them as well. Place is very clean and smell fresh. All machines are working. Best part is you can check the app to see what machines area available before you leave your house. And they will send you a text when your machine is done washing or drying your clothes. Top notch business here in Ferguson. Will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a clean, safe place to wash clothes.

This is a very nice place. I was impressed with how clean and orderly the place was. My daughter asked me to wash her bedding at this particular laundromat. Well, I gave her a full report! The washers and dryers are state of the art, beautiful! I recommend everyone stop by and see for yourself, you will be amazed. Oh! Staff onsite to assist and answer questions. They also, in the very near future will offer laundry services. Meaning, they will do your laundry for you! Awesome!
