Super 8 by Wyndham Neosho

My grandson is in Army and reports to Camp Crowder once a month. Decided to take his fiancée with him this last weekend. Check in Friday night. During the night fiancé was bitten multiple times by bed bugs. They tore bed up and saw casings and 1 live bug. Did not take pictures. Reported to front desk. Was told that there had been reporting of fleas in that room. They were changed to a different room. They went to Walmart and bought spray and took all items that could be washed to laundry. Wyndham has since told me that the owner came in and checked room and nothing was found. I do not believe this. They are covering their butts and I want you to know this is how they treat members of our troops. Not even reimbursement for Walmart was offered. Such a sad place. Do not stay in room 108

We came to visit my sister and stayed four days here. The rooms are clean, the front desk people are amazing and the location is wonderful. Walmart, Burger King, KFC, Taco Bell, and a gas station are right in front of the hotel. There is a bowling alley and a movie theater down the road. We saw a police officer patrolling the parking lot it's a very safe location definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for a great stay

Staff is awesome. Rooms are clean and the beds and pillows are super comfy. No complaints at all, only praise!

Took a couple days vacation in Neosho. Great value for what you pay and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Frequent this property on a mo they basis and always enjoy!

Great location, great people, and the rooms were okay.

This place was great! The night staff member was very helpful when we needed help, it's close to Walmart, fast food, Dennys etc. And you can drive just a few miles away to downtown Neosho and find some cool shops and restaurants.
The room was nice, standard hotel room, smelled very good in there. Air worked well, everything was very clean. The only issues are the toilet seat needed to be tightened and no breakfast that I saw, I may have been late though. My partner and I had a very good time. We will be back!

This hotel has a great team and a lotta style. The rooms are well furnished, spacious, and there is plenty of hot water. A good size fridge and microwave oven plus a small coffee maker made for effective food storage and prep. A real desk chair helped with long hours at the computer. Everything worked. Team members were courteous and knowledgeable. The lobby and bedding hearken back to the era of hunting and fishing lodges. I have been enjoying my stay.

Room was clean building was maintained other than the Shower curtain in room 219 was dangling and wouldn't stay closed but not a big deal. Lots of channels on the tv👍. Should have had some kind of breakfast options.

I have been there before. They were good. Clean and affordable. Accept aaa cards also.

Clean rooms. Pleasant staff. No breakfast.
They did offer thermos coffee which was welcomed and good.

We stayed there as a last minute weather related stay because we couldn't get all the way home. They were very nice people. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. They were doing some mild construction but it didn't affect us at all. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Staff very friendly and were very accommodating. I am travel with my 2 young children and little dog as well as my little brother. I had been driving for 18 hours straight and had not slept in over 24 hours. Could not take anymore. So stopped at this little place. It was 9 am when I arrived. My reservation was already booked in advance. So when i went to check in the gentleman told me check in was at 2 pm. I was devastated. Then asked him if i can pay extra to check in early as I needed to sleep. He said let me see what i can do. Came back said no extra charge. I have a room ready for you. Check in was quick and friendly. He even offerred and helped me with my bags. Rooms are very clean. They have a fridge and microwave. Free WiFi and premium channels including HBO and others. Great location. Right across Wal-Mart and also Burger King and KFC. Our stay was amazing and I would recommend it.

Friendly staff, amazingly some of the same staff here from the last time we stayed here a year ago. Room was clean, beds were very firm, a/c/great worked great

rooms very clean. close to restaurants, stores. great WIFI. refrigerator microwave coffee maker in room. inside access to rooms. hot waffle breakfast and other breakfast foods. lots of parking, including semi truck parking. nice staff.

I stay here every few months when traveling to see friends. I think the same young lady has been at the desk each time and even remembers me. great place and location

Very clean rooms and very helpful staff, have stayed here several times and will definately stay here again, big truck parking as well

Other than no breakfast as advertised, not even a muffin, it had the most comfortable bed I've ever had in any hotel.

Great location. Near convenience stores, a Wal-Mart, Denney's etc. Comfortable bed and staff is very polite and helpful. Room was clean and presentable.

I went to visit my friend who was lodging there for the weekend. We had an awesome time! Beds were really comfortable!
