The drivers lounge was full of comfortable recliners. The Restroom and shower were Extremely clean.. I highly recommend this place!

Our motor coach started sputtering and starving for diesel about a mile from Premier Truck Group. These folks took care of us above and beyond what we would could have ever imagined. Their service, kindness, hospitality, and expertise were absolutely the best! Our fuel lines had collapsed, started breaking apart and polluted almost a full tank of diesel. They got parts asap, got the issues all fixed and managed to filter the fuel and put it back on the coach. Their entire crew were top notch! We are so grateful to have broken down where we did, because we had the finest care and service we could have asked for. HIGHLY recommend this business!!!

This place was awesome from the get go my truck broke down in the fuel island across the road, the tow truck guy did a great job nice friendly even in the below zero Temps he was still very nice. Got here to PTG they showed my fur babies and I around made us feel very welcome. Later in the day I got hungry and one of the guys took me and my boys across to MCDs. They have a nice clean driver's lounge with comfortable recliners free wifi , they have a laundry room shower rooms , a nice big trailer drop yard. Just a nice comfortable very welcoming place to be when you're truck breaks down

The service dept here listens to what I need and then make sure it gets done to my satisfaction. Didn't meet techs but from past experiences they complete service well.

These guys have been great to work with. Brought my truck in here since I got it and will continue to bring it here when I need it fixed.

I highly recommend this place. At a spare of a moments notice. I show up at opening time on a Friday morning. My truck was throwing codes for dpf. They got my truck in with no wait time. They got my dpf issue fixed right away. They done a complete inspection on my truck and found other issues. They replaced a wheel seal and 2 sets of brake pads. They replaced crank case seal and fitting. They replaced the o rings for the injectors. They replaced a cam sensor. They got everything covered under warranty including the wheel seal and brake pads. This was all done between 8am and 3 pm. They had all the parts in stock. I highly recommend these people. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Great bunch of people. They went out of their way to service our freightliner chassis motorhome. They have an awesome lounge with individual recliners, tv, snacks and coffee. Our dog was welcome to come in also. They also have restrooms and showers. Very accommodating, even allowed us to spend the night on their lot in our RV.

Fantastic staff, really go out of their way to make sure the drivers waiting time is comfortable. They will also shuttle drivers around. The mechanics are awesome they know their stuff. Nice and clean facility. They offer laundry showers comfy recliners free coffee asking with cheap snacks. TV includes Netflix, Disney plus. And other options on TV. Their hours are 8 to 5 Monday through Friday.

This is one of the best freightliner dealerships shops and parts department I have ever experience. Great communication great efficiency great on timing and a wonderful staff and mechanics team thank you for getting me home for the holidays. 5+++ I intentionally drove 4 hrs to this shop to get my truck worked on, and always will. There are other dealers closer, but they can't even come close to the customer service, communication and wanting to make sure the drivers are comfortable while at their location. THANK YOU!

Never ever have I been to a better freightliner dealership. They treat you so good. Prices are really good staff is unbelievably great. Try to help you in everyway they can. I would recommend this place to any driver out there. Been a driver many yrs. This is by far the best I ever been too.

In March was in one dealership for a coolant leak. Got it fixed. Woke up the next morning to the same problem. Different area. Called these guys at 430 pm, they got me in and found radiator was bad. The next morning grilled the truck, got 2 people on it and was out the door by 230 pm. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Thanks guys!!!!! Second time I have used them and second time they have done a great job
