Pioneer is the absolute BEST dental office I've EVER been to. From the second you walk in, to the moment you leave, you will feel in good hands. The ladies working up front are extremely nice, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I was able to schedule appointments and inquire about financial programs with ease. The office is clean and organized and non-clinical feeling. The nurses are so nice, gentle and understanding of any needs or special circumstances. The Doctor is really something special. He is attentive and caring and very smart, considering his words and course of action carefully before commiting. The office has multiple options for lessening financial burden as well as Membership Programs for general visits. I will be making this my Dental Home! Thank you Pioneer Dental!

It was my first visit and all the staff were very friendly. The tech explained everything to help alleviate my anxiety and Dr Allender was so kind and helpful in helping me understand my dental care plan. Great family service!

I was from out of town and walked into clinic with a dental emergency and no appointment. All of the staff were amazing and squeezed me in right away. Dr Allender saw me right away and made time in his schedule to do an extraction early the next morning and worked with their lab to ensure I could get temporary flipper tooth before I had to leave town. Melissa was efficient and friendly working through costs and my insurance. They discounted several items that insurance didn’t cover to make it affordable. The dental assistants who helped both days were friendly and accommodating to ensure my comfort. I cannot say enough good things about everyone I interacted with from reception to doctor. If I lived in the area, they would definitely be my choice for dental care! I may even fly up just so they can handle permanent fix in several months. I highly recommend Pioneer Dental in Oregon City for all of your dental needs.

It was a great experience. This was my first visit it this state of the art dental facility. Everyone was polite and helpful . I was happily surprised with no wait for my appointment. I got the standard X-rays, but was also taken to another room where I got a complete head scan, and then got pictures of my entire mouth that was reassembled in 3D software. They were able to identify potential issues that no other dentist was able to see at Kaiser with just standard X-rays. It was a very thorough and pleasant cleaning with a very skilled dental hygienist. I look forward to my next cleaning in six months, knowing I’m in good hands.

The staff here is absolutely amazing! I brought in my 80-year-old mother, who has dementia and Alzheimer’s. They were patient, kind and understanding. Her hygienist did not treat her like a patient, she treated her like her own family member. Her appointment was for a cleaning and filling replacements, but she could only handle the cleaning portion. They completely understood and canceled her second half without a fee. I can only rate a five star, if I could give them 10, I would!

Pioneer is absolutely fantastic. Every one of my appointments has been great. I have never waited more than 1 or 2 minutes to get called back. They truly care about their clients. Their soft touch shows it.

I’m new to this office and staff, but very impressed and happy I chose them! Everyone is very outgoing and welcoming. The office and equipment is modern and clean. I’ve been very happy with the dental work done so far!

I had a tooth pulled and prepped for an inplant. Dr. Neeka and Mandy were fantastic! Mandy was friendly and I felt like we were old friends. Dr. Neeka was outstanding! Cared about my comfort and completely explainded the proceedure and after care! Both had outstanding chair side behavior. My experience ar Pioneer Dentals has always been great! Very friendly staff and outstanding service! ~ Still think there should be a mirror to watch the procedure.

UPDATE***

So incredibly impressed with the final result of my new tooth! I was so tired of it chipping over and over so decided to just get a crown. As you can see from the photos it was also misaligned with the other front tooth and it bothered me so much I was going to look into braces. The lab was able to shape it so it now looks aligned and matched the coloring perfectly! I am so happy with my new smile and couldn’t be happier that I chose pioneer dental!

I was so incredibly impressed with this office from the check in, the assistant and Dr.Allender. There was so much compassion and caring through the whole visit, and I was there for 3 hours getting a crown! They explained every step of the way so thoroughly that there were no surprises or confusion. I am not a fan of dental work one bit, but I can honestly say I left that office with a huge smile and new look on dental operations now that I am a patient at this office! They even offered Gatorade on my way out! Such a caring team and a beautiful office!

Best dental experience in my life. Dr. Nguyen was simply amazing and got me painlessly though crown prep on a rear molar something i was defiantly expecting at least some discomfort. Very happy that she was able to take me in at the last minute.

First dental place that actually made me feel like a true patient instead of a number! I told them how nervous I was getting a filling done because I’ve had so much oral surgery. They took their time and walked me through everything. The Dr. was efficient and quick. I appreciate you guys!!
All Staff was so friendly too!

Staff was courteous and professional. Dental assistant and Dentist were very quick to understand my needs and accommodating of my schedule. Moving and this will be my main dentist now.

Dr. Allender is a very good dentist who takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer any questions. He also does a follow up courtesy phone call after any major procedures, which shows that this is more than just a job to him. The dental assistants and hygienist have also been very professional, easy to talk to and good at their jobs.

Pioneer has definitely been one of the best dental offices I have been to. Dr. Allender is friendly and willing to talk through all of your options and does not pressure you into anything. He even does follow up calls with first time patients to check on them. The whole team at the office is great too, can’t go wrong.

DR. Nguyen and her assistant Mandy were incredible! Had molar and tooth next to it removed with no pain what so ever! Answered any a day all questions and made me feel completely comfortable. I honestly almost fell asleep while they worked!!

I had an emergency tooth pull and it was painless and done in less than a half an hour. I was given the physician's phone number and she took my call after hours and answered my questions cheerfully. This is my dental group.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. It was my first visit there and they made me fee very welcome. The doc was very clear in her explanation of what was needed. Couldn't have been better.

Everyone at Pioneer Dental has been friendly and welcoming. I've been getting my cleaning done here twice a year for several years now, and have had only four hygienists, all of which have been gentle during the cleaning and good conversationalists.
