I like to support locally owned and operated businesses and Northwest Home Furnishings is exactly that, locally owned and operated with exceptional service and prices. Tim treats everyone who comes through the doors like an old friend. I purchased a heavy duty bed frame from him a few years ago, he matched a price, which really surprised me and I remembered how kind he was then so, I thought I'd give him a try for the purchase of a new sofa and, I'm glad I did.
I found a sofa I wanted at a bigger chain store and he was able to offer me the exact same model and brand for the sale price as the other guys. He belongs to a co-op of sorts for smaller businesses to collectively purchase furniture and mattresses for the same prices and pass it along to his customers.
Northwest Home Furnishings truly is a family owned and operated business right down to the guys who deliver the furniture. I paid a very reasonable additional fee to have the sofa delivered and placed inside my house. I received a phone call shortly before my new sofa was scheduled to be delivered that the delivery guy hurt his ankle and they wouldn't be able to deliver. I was really disappointed and explained I already gave my sofa away and had no place to sit besides the floor. After the call, I felt bad because I was more concerned about my sofa than I was about the poor delivery guy so, I called back to apologize for being upset and expressed my concern for the delivery guys well being and said let's just figure something else out and not to worry.
Tim went above and beyond to make sure the sofa got delivered anyway because that's just the great business man he is. The guys delivered the sofa, nice young guys, very polite, did a great job delivering and had a positive attitude.
Please give Northwest Home Furnishings a try before you go to a chain store. You'll be treated with kindness, you'll absolutely find something you like for a competitive price and you'll be supporting a small family owned business.

We discovered NHF from their ad on Facebook Marketplace. We were in the market for a Sofa and Loveseat. After a great breakfast at the Pump Cafe in Springfield, we texted NHF and Wayne agreed to meet us there at 10:30AM. He showed us a loveseat and a matching Sofa. The price for the two was the cost of one piece at a chain store. We thought about it over night, bought it and picked it up the next day. We have been enjoying the quality of the recliners and plush upholstery. The charging stations for phones in the center pieces is an added plus. Thanks Wayne.

Came from out of town and saw listing on Facebook marketplace. Came in and team was super helpful and worked with us on delivery. Cannot recommend enough. Will buy from them again!

We LOVE this store!! The prices are unbeatable, the customer service is incredible, and the quality is amazing.

My partner and I moved to Oregon about a year ago and we needed a new couch. This store had the best prices compared to any other large name furniture store. We were able to buy it and take it home that day - which is uncommon at most stores.

We recently were in search of a new mattress and immediately thought to go back here. They graciously took our budget into consideration and were able to match us up with the the perfect mattress. I’ve been getting full nights of sleep since!

This place has been fantastic. Tim helped us numerous times the last few months. We purchased a bed for our son at first, and then just recently purchased a new queen sized mattress for us. He has excellent customer service and very good prices. We even tried that queen mattress out and my wife was hurting badly, so he allowed us to do a comfort exchange for another mattress that suited us better. Absolutely great and easy experience! We bought two chairs and through no fault of them we decided they were not for us. We were concerned as I know this is a clearance warehouse. We had zero cause for concern. They treated us immensely well! 100% recommended buying from them. Great pricing and product followed up by excellent customer service.

I dealt with the owner as a sales rep. and had a good experience,I bought a great mattress and frame for a fair price. The Owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. I looked at a big name mattress store and couldn't find anything for under ~$1200.

These guys were really great to work with -- super friendly, low pressure, and wanting just to make the customer happy. Delivery was smooth. When it turned out we didn't like the mattress we chose, they made the switch-out really easy. We got a screamin' deal on two mattresses on which we sleep like freakin' princesses.

Incredible experience! Best customer service I have had in a long time and they worked with me and my budget. The owner himself delivered my bed the same day which was a bonus in itself. I would highly recommend them and will be buying from them in the future!

Amazing customer service and prices! They were able to deliver same day even though we lived on the outskirts of town. After a month, the mattresses we bought have been amazing! Will definitely shop there again!

We went to buy a mattress we liked and left with one we loved. Their customer service was phenomenal. Very helpful but never pushy. They genuinely wanted to give us a great deal. I would highly recommend going and checking them out.

The youngest daughter was the sales representative that day.

The owner's where taking the day "Off" but she really did an amazing job making the sale.
She put in discounts and at a point gave me a price I said it seemed high, so she asked me what price I think I should pay then gave me that price.

She caught me on the back end of the deal and in total the 500$ discount turned into a 100$.
Still the best price in town for a wonderful product at full price.
So I handed her 60$ to start investing in the stock market.

She wants to join the military and serve her country and she gots a brain and intuition that will take her far.

If you want a wonderful product and the best dang sales representative you will run into get your next bed here.

Went in to find a bed. Shelby helped me find the one that fit my needs. I ended up with the Sapphire 10inch. I am very happy with the service, and the staff, and the quality of the merchandise. It is however, taking absolutely forever for my bed to arrive! I hope it gets here soon.

We purchased here 10 years ago or more and they were phenomenal from pricing through product and delivery. Went back a few weeks ago and received the same outstanding service! When they delivered the beds they brought them in and upstairs to put them where they belong! Love these guys.

The people here are great to work with. They go above and beyond making sure you get the product that is best for you at the best price.

This is absolutely the best mattress store in the city, they work with any price range. They have an amazing owner, he sold me and my spouse a 400$ bed for 180 w delivery included. The staff here were wonderful we were originally helped in the mall by a man named Eli who was also very helpful and offered us a great deal aswell (but no one can really out do the boss right lol) they truly blessed me and my family right before Christmas, id recommend everyone here. I give them 20stars

I love this place! It is the ONLY place my husband and I will buy mattresses from for now on. It is an amazing family business. Not only did they sell us a good quality product but their customer service was incredibly friendly and they are knowledgeable and very honest about the products they sell.
