Great experience. Ronnie the sales rep was a true professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to upgrade my phone in addition to changing the three service plans I had on my account. Saving me money with optional bundle options with Hulu and Disney plus. I highly recommend the Verizon store in Somers point NJ.

I bought my phone here and I’d definitely go back! Nick helped me with my IPhone upgrade and he was AWESOME!! He answered all of my questions, gave me all of the information I needed for my phone and set my phone up. He took his time with me. He went above and beyond what I expected. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t need. The whole transaction went seamlessly. I’ve been recommending my friends and family to see Nick for all of their Verizon needs. He’s an asset to your company. I’m one satisfied customer.

Hello good citizens of Somers Point! I had to let everyone know that a gentleman of the name Nick saved my little sister's life. This is because her life revolves around her phone. Nick came up with a solution and calmed her down. We have become best friends because of this. If you go to this Verizon store just ask for "The Hero".. they will bring you to Nick.

Service from Ronnie and Josh was great! They answered our questions, thoroughly explained the details related to our phone upgrades, and did all the transfers quickly. It was a pleasure being on the receiving end of such great service! Highly recommend this Verizon retail location.

Ronnie did a great job today, excellent service for both me and my wife. I originally came in due to email issues. I was unable to receive my email. Ronnie not only fixed that for me but told me about this great promotion I had on my account for an iPhone 15. I was getting $830 off the phone with a trade in, how could I say no to that. Now me and my wife are the happy owners of two brand new iPhone 15’s. Thank you again Ronnie! If you need anything he is the rep to go see.

Really great experience working with Ronnie to set up my new phone, he was knowledgeable and made the phone transfer process so much smoother than other upgrades in the past! Definitely will be back for future upgrades and troubleshooting.

I came in needing a new phone. I was greeted by Ronnie. I can not even begin to tell you what great service I got. Ronnie rolled out the red carpet for me. I had all my questions answered and me being an android guy I got a new moto edge phone. He set it up for me, transfered all my info over and showed me how to use it. He was so kind and patient with me during the entire process. I can not recommend this store and recommend Ronnie enough to everyone reading this.If you are in Somers point, have Verizon and need a new phone go and ask for Ronnie. I am telling you that you will get excellent service and get treated like a million bucks!

Nick was awesome! My family switched from T-Mobile and he helped us get 2 brand new phones, an iPad, an Apple Watch, and helped us save money each month on our subscriptions! I can’t recommend Nick and Verizon in Somers Point enough! Thank you!

Came here with my son to upgrade his phone a couple months ago. Was very happy, came back when I needed an upgrade, then brought my wife here to upgrade hers a week later. Sales people are very helpful, answered all our questions and did all the phone setups for us. Definitely recommend this store.

I came in to purchase a new phone. I originally went to the Tilton rd Verizon store but had a horrible experience. I decided to give the somers point store a try. Once I walked into the somers point store I was greeted by Ronnie. I got such good and amazing service from him. I purchased an iPhone 15 and forgot my apple password and google password. He was kind enough to help me get those reset. I have never been so thankful. If you go to this location I highly recommend to see Ronnie, he will treat you good and take good care of you. You are in good hands with Ronnie. He is the man with the plan.

Great store, such friendly people work here. Best Verizon store in the area. They also stay open later than the other Verizon stores. This is a no brainer if you need anything Verizon, why would you go to another Verizon store?

My mother & I upgraded our IPhone 13 to the IPhone 15 a few months ago. We had recently cut the cord from Xfinity cable & changed our internet, landline & WiFi using Verizon. We’ve been mobile customers of Verizon for many years. Our experience switching all of these things to Verizon was so seamless because of your employee, Nick Hawkes. Nick was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, professional & extremely friendly during this entire transition. He was so accommodating to my 81yo technologically challenged mother that she upgraded her IPad as well. We’ve always have had excellent service with all of your salespeople in the past, but Nick Hawkes really went above and beyond to ensure that with all of our upgrades, we left the Verizon store fully informed, educated & happy. What an amazing experience we had. I’ve recommended Nick to friends and neighbors. Well Done Nick & Verizon.

I had to trade my mom's old phone in because it was old,and I bought her a new phone. So everything had to be transferred and set up. They did an amazing job.
They made it seem so easy and explained everything to me.
I'm really happy that I went to the Verizon store Somers Point New Jersey.

I came in to ask a couple questions regarding my bill. Eric answered all of my questions swiftly and was a great help! I will definitely be returning to the SP verizon and using Eric when I need a new phone!

The service was great. Ronnie spent time explaining new apple 15 plus to my wife and even help us downloaded apps. He went above and beyond.

I was having email issues, my xfinity email stopped working. I had no idea what I was doing so I decided to go to the pro's. When I walked in I was greeted by this tall fellow in a suit Ronnie. He was so amazing, he got my email back up and working. He was so nice and patient. I am a senior citizen so being patient with me is something I need lol. If you need help or need a new phone I highly recomment to go see the tall guy in the suit Ronnie!!
