Atlantic City Code Enforcement

Kudos..to AC Code Enforcement for shutting down Knights Inn..500 N. ALBANY AVE,Knights Inn is a public health and safety concern,very nasty hotel to be in the community.

Are you kidding me I live on south Bellevue. Not an email or phone call returned in weeks. State inspector at my apartment which has broken windows sewer backing up..his concern no number on door and knobs on bottom cabinets..top cabinets about to fall the hell off!

I called code enforcement in refrence to living in inhabitual situation.Rented a place infested with bedbugs.And other conditions that a landlord not sticking to the codes of rental properties...The receptionist was rude,unconcern and I had to ask for a supervisor,which I was given to the Director reception..for a complaint that they never called back or responded in return.I made 2 complaints with code enforcement,about the rental property that is taking advantage of renters new people coming to they area..collecting rent miney and not telling the rooms are infested with bedbug festation and other inhabitable conditions..unsantitary living quarters that are shared and so fourth..Poor electrical wiring,Super unavailable and maintenance..alot of time..and no seeing of landlord.Code enforcement never returned a call on the issues..The Director..no one..very poor concern for citizens that are hit with these types of circumstances..no programs or nothing offerd to help people either in such cases.
