This practice is by far the best practice EVER! We’ve seen Dr. Hutchinson and Patrick for years and they are like family. The reception staff and nurses are amazing, especially Jacquline and Anna! They are always ready to go above and beyond for each and every patient!

I am so pleased to have Dr. Bushay as my new primary physician. He was highly recommended and definately surpassed all I was told.

Worst office. They didn’t care I had Covid wouldn’t give phone visit for 3 days. Said to go to urgent care. Why have a primary. My husband’s doctor called him back in 3 hours and gave options and very professional.

I’ve officially had it here. To be clear, this place doesn’t care about you. They’re good for well visits and literally nothing else. God forbid you’re actually sick and need a doctor. “We can get you in next month.” Sorry but I can’t plan when I’ll be sick. They’ll just tell you to go to urgent care. Also- don’t expect an answer from the nurse line. Why can my kids pediatrician answer the phone or see my kids same day every time but this office can’t? I ended up in the hospital after getting no answer here and when I called for a follow up they offer me an appointment NEXT MONTH. No wonder why patients turn to google for their healthcare needs. Their doctors are literally nowhere to be found.

Im giving this office a 1 star because they literally don’t care about anyone’s health. I have a one year old baby and I’m diabetic, I went back to the office because I had Dr. Amin in the past and she was wonderful and professional. I was assigned to Dr. Kamal. I told her I needed Metformine (diabetes medication because I was running out) she sent for blood work to see how my numbers were before she prescribed anything, but a week went by and I didn’t hear back from anybody from my results. I left a voice message and nothing. I called the call center and office to tell them that I only had two pills and needed to have my blood work results and refill and the people at the front office kept telling me that they couldn’t do anything for me and that I had to wait. And I understand that but I don’t think that it’s very professional to be rude and people when they need their medication. They kept giving me the runaround. It is 2023 it doesn’t take 12 people on the phone. To help with medication and lab results.

Worst drs office ever. I left work and went to the wrong office for an appointment by accident. Then get to the correct office 10 min late for my appointment and they turned me away. Then when I was understandably a little upset because the appointment was made 3 months prior for check up, and now had a small head cold, the receptionist goes and gets a supervisor and doctor and says they will not see me ever. This isn’t a doctor. It’s a ruthless money grab. Do not see doctor eye. They do not care about your well being.

I’ve had numerous issues over the last few months. The first being- back in August I requested a blood panel for symptoms I’d been having. Dr Amin told me “bloodwork won’t tell you anything. Work out 20 minutes a day and eat healthy and then we’ll give you blood work.” Umm I’m 5’10” and 130 pounds- I’m fine. Fast forward my OB did my blood work and my thyroid levels ended up being off. I even called back after my appointment and said I am politely demanding the blood work and need to be called back- no one called me back.

Now fast forward to November- my husband and I both have covid. They say results are forward to your primary care provider but no one ever called to check on us or tell us what to do to fight this virus. I called for an appointment because my husbands o2 was low and he was coughing up blood and the receptionist rudely said “yeah nothing til tomorrow. But you can speak to a medical assistant.” I’m sorry what does a medical assistant know? He ended up being hospitalized. Still they don’t call and I know for a fact the hospital tells the provider when their patient is there.

This practice truly doesn’t care about you, the front desk staff is rude, and I’m sure no one will follow up on this review either. Don’t waste your time

They tare causing more problems than solving off . recommending some type of vein surgery that would be negative impact to her health
Thank God I was there to talk her out of it and then the doctor quickly got mad everyone at the office got mad
Then the next visit they were totally okay with her just buying the $30 socks and not coming to her appointment every week and making it only once a month

UPDATE: THIS OFFICE IS LOCATED AT 200 TILTON ROAD NOT AT 1601... NOWHERE on here have they updated their location that supposedly moved 2 years ago. They don't even tell you when you call to make an appointment that they've moved so anyway I went to my appointment today at the location I've always gone to which is the 1601 Tilton Toad which is what was listed online as well every website you look the Drs names up on. I got there and the building is closed and has a sign on the door saying "we've moved to 2500 English Creek in EHT" so it's 2:45 my appointment at 3pm and I now have 15 minutes to make a 15 minute drive in the pouring rain that I'm supposed to be 15 minutes early for well I made it to the EHT location and I'm driving around the building panicking trying to find where they are because I'm already running a few minutes late at this point. I pulled into a spot to call them and ask them where they are and that's when I hear the voice prompt that they are located at 200 Tilton Road. I was crying at this point because there was no way I was going to make it and they wouldn't pick up the phone so I could explain why I'm not there yet... I drove all the way back to 200 Tilton Rd where they are NOW located just hoping and praying they would understand the mess I just went through and still see me. Dr. Eye thankfully took me but in all honesty I wish he had just turned me away because now I no longer look at him as a doctor I admire. He had no sympathy for me whatsoever basically looked me in my face told me I was seen in April so I should have known where the office was but I explained my appointment in April was a telehealth phone appointment from home and that I had no way in knowing the office moved, he didn't have anything to say after that. I asked him a question about my medication and he said that wasn't in the notes as to why I was here and that he doesn't have time because he had somewhere to be. This place caused me so much emotional distress today not that anyone in that office honestly cares but I want people to read what I went through and not go through the same thing.

After 11 years my last experience with this group was horrible, my wife went in for a routine 6/7/2021 well list that they coded wrong, sent us a bill, we called in to have them recode and resubmit to insurance, they said they would. Never heard another word until 12/1/2021 from a collections agency over a 35.00 co pay that should have never happened. No other bills or communication ever took place.

If this is the kind of experience you want them go for it...

The staff at this place is incompetent. Go somewhere else.

They sent me into a collection agency but I never received a bill
