We had a great experience here. Ronnie was super helpful and kept track of both mine and my partner’s needs while trying out mattresses. Today, the new mattress was delivered super quickly and efficiently (and they took the old one away too.) Excited to sleep on it tonight worry-free with a 120 day return/exchange period.

My experience with Mattress Firm employees Ronnie and Nate (on separate occasions) was fantastic. Both were low key, informative, and honest, leading to my feeling confident they understood my needs and put them at the forefront. Needless to say they’re a great team and a great deal led to not one but a two bed sale! Thanks guys!

I want to say a huge THANK YOU to Nathan C for helping me with my bed frame &mattress purchase. I initially went in the store to check out mattresses and ended up buying one. It was my first time purchasing a mattress and Nathan made the whole experience very smooth and not intimidating at all. He was friendly, patient, and very helpful with my many questions. Upon knowing that I’ll moving to Florida and will be using the mattress there, he offered information and solutions to make my purchase happen even if I bought the mattress at their store in Oregon. He coordinated with the Mattress Firm branch in FL, arranged everything and made the delivery happen in less than a week, during the Christmas holidays! I’m very impressed. He was also very helpful in getting very good prices for me. Nathan is a blessing to me and, i’m sure, to Mattress Firm and its clients as well. I highly recommend going to this store for everything you need to make a good sleep happen.

I came in with my parter out of random and got helped out by Nathan Castillo, who helped us find and pick out a mattress for a great deal, and we were able to leave with it same day! We made sure to get his card and definitely would recommend his service to family and friends, he was super friendly and knowledgeable! Made my experience purchasing a mattress very memorable.

Nathan was the most helpful and kind sales person I have ever encountered. He made the mattress buying process so easy and had an educated method in finding what mattresses would be right for me. He made it feel less like a sale and more like one human helping another.

Nate was incredibly knowledgeable and professional when it came to helping me find exactly what I needed. I struggle with a bad knee and he was able to get me into the right bed and the correct adjustable frame at a price I could afford. I feel like I got a great deal!

Nathan is an excellent salesperson. He understood my needs & helped me find the best mattress & adjustable base for my price range. I was in and out of the store in about thirty minutes with all my needs met & delivery scheduled.

My husband and I got all the help we needed and then some with our mattress buying experience. I don't look it on the surface, but I have severe spinal degeneration and a litany of other problems that make mattress buying a nightmare. I was so stressed out and overwhelmed with options-- I honestly don't even remember how I found myself at a mattress firm, but thank goodness I did.

Nate was so understanding of my injuries and patient with my endless anxious questions for literal hours while we bellyached over which bed to buy. The one we ended up buying (back in July) didn't work out. I had slept on it for 90 days to give it a really fair shake, but I was having trouble staying asleep and getting the support I needed. It was a really great quality mattress and there were things I really liked about it, but it just wasn't working. I was back to being stressed out over my uncooperative body, but Nate was there again to say "I gotchu."

We went back to the drawing board and found another mattress that I had never even heard of, but it came with Nate's personal recommendation and I knew I could trust it. We've only had it for 4 days at this point, but for the first time in months, I'm sleeping through the night and don't feel like I'm going to fall asleep at work. Worth its weight in gold! And for someone like me who can't just go pick out the most comfortable mattress in the store because of my medical needs, and who is working class and doesn't have money to burn on the wrong mattress, it made all the difference in the world to have someone who understood and took seriously all of my needs. (I'm so envious of the people who can say "whatever, just throw it in the guest room," or "I didn't like this mattress, give it to cousin Jimmy.")

Nate is honest to a fault, an unfortunate rarity in this world that needs to be acknowledged and celebrated. I would say we'll definitely be back, but I know we're not going to need a new bed for a long time. Maybe if I ever need a new pillow or some nice sheets, I know where I'll be going.

Nate and Ronnie just two of the most kindest men humans ever. To deal with a morher daughter team looking for mattresses. I am sure we would drive anyone to drink. Ronnie for spending time helping us pick them out then a few weeks later Nate today dealing with buying them and just listening and talking and being just really kind.

My husband and I are both back and side sleepers. He prefers something firmer than I so finding a mattress that works for both of us is a challenge. We were given the opportunity to try a lot of mattresses at several price points with no pressure to purchase. Alan was very knowledgeable and worked with us to get everything we needed and wanted … including next day delivery. We are looking forward to a good night’s sleep .

Mattress Firm employees are amazing! I went to 3 different Mattress Firm locations in my search for my new mattress. At every store the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. They did a wonderful job of listening to my needs and helping me narrow down my choices. I found out that they work on commission and yet they still put the customer first. It was a no pressure buying experience at every location. I ended up buying not only a Mattress for myself but a quality mattress for my teenage son as well. Alan and Centria are amazing! First of all, I have been shopping my here for the last 3 of my mattress. But what really stands out here is the people who actually care about the product that is best for you. I have heard horror stories on mattress that don’t work for people and it’s a miserable journey. I worked with Ronnie and he truly went above and beyond to make sure I got the right mattress and product. I don’t think I’ll shop with anyone else but Ronnie and you’ll be in good hands with him. 10/10 recommend this store!
