I went here around 2 years ago and not really anyone was really nice to me, but it was a nice, pretty school though.

It's a beautiful school, and if your child is one of the 90% that is completely without special needs, this is a great place to send them.

Without bus transportation, you either need to trust that your child can get to and from school safely on their own or drop them off and pick them up on your own every day. If you prefer the latter, the parking lot for that is small and across the street, and traffic is atrocious as it backs up at the light on New Road. The locals know to stay away when the kids are coming or going.

My Niece went here several years ago, she had several very subtle special needs, they failed to address them or keep her focused. The bullying was off and on and how they tried to help her was inconsistent.

If your child is not from Northfield or Linwood, do not expect the kids to welcome them with open arms, they are very cliquey and can be hostile to those that do not fit in. This is not damning of the school itself, but of the students that inhabit it.

This schools administration sucks. They are lazy and let bullying go on in the school because they are afraid of the bully's parents. They also aren't sharp enough to recognize students who need extra help. Overall a huge ripoff for my tax dollars. The superintendent is especially inept and the principal is his yes man. They care more about their positions and images than they do the well being of the students entrusted into their care. When pressed for answers concerning matters of bullying that were going on, rather than simply answering the questions of what was being done and handling the problem, child bullies, they decided to relieve themselves of the source of their distressful questions by banning me from the school property for the year. Neither one of them is qualified to work in this school district and I will attend school board meetings and even join the school board to see about their removal. They acted in their own best interest rather than that of a ten year old boy that had been physically assaulted on three separate occasions, by three separate students in a five day period and refused to disclose to me how they were handling, then when pressed the third time, they wrote me a letter banning me from the public school property that I pay tremendous taxes on. I ask you who's best interest was being served, overpaid administrators, or a ten year old victim of three attacks in a week? I say the self serving superintendent has to go. Show up at board meetings and be heard, vote to replace the Superintendent before next school year starts, he's just collecting checks and accomplishing nothing!
