Never had a problem

Longest wait time ever, more than 2 -4 hours sitting in a cold waiting room for a APN who I never met or seen before, with a poor time management and a facility understaffed. A barely there "attending physician" at this premise, all this happen awhile back, the APN beside manners were brash and condescending , not someone to deal with people who are ill and trying to get better .

I never had this experience prior and had no problems with previous APN, who were very warming and easygoing to talk to. If I see this APN next time I would go to another doctor office honestly.

I wish I could give them minus review. My mother went back there after year and half and this PA named Anhthu Pickart took her regular medicines and prescribe her different one(which was nothing but a combo medicine of previous two medicines my mother was taking before). Interestingly, it was not covered by her insurance and now my mother has no medicine on Friday evening and have to wait till Monday to get it fixed. Otherwise she is out of $230. I never heard a doctor taking patient's medicine which we paid for. Plus she told my mother she did not want mother to get confused between medicine, so is she calling my mother dumb? I hope Upper Management take action this PA. Otherwise, any lawyer if you think we have a case please contact me.

I call them because I’m sick they sorry can’t see you until Monday and it’s Tuesday why would I wait that long being sick with nothing makes no sense And tells me to go to the emergency room for a soar throat and aches and pain why would I waist 2 hours sitting in he emergency room when you are my doctor worst service ever they do not care for their patients and apparently they have short staff yeah I wonder why horrible place shut them down

Have been trying to get ahold of them for 3 months. Called the Corporate office and they had an attitude.

No le doy ni una estrella a esta oficina,le di una porque era la única forma de publicar este comentario.Son unos irresponsables nunca contestan las llamadas las del front desk no se que cosa hacen que ni contestan los mensajes. envían mensajes y cancelan las citas sin anticipación. Antes cuando estaba la "Sra. que no se su nombre pero era de algun lugar de asía" en el desk de al frente eran mas responsables después que se jubilo ella,esta oficina se volvió un completo desastre. Estoy desesperada por buscar otra oficina que sea mas responsable. No recomiendo esta oficina literalmente a NADIE.
