He walked me through the different configurations and fabric colors, making the selection process a breeze. I placed my order and received my new sofas just 5 weeks later. Tyler's service was top-notch from start to finish. I'm thoroughly impressed and will definitely be returning when I'm ready to order more pieces. Highly recommend!

Lynda was amazingly helpful from the minute we stepped in store. Her background in interior design allowed us to choose items that fit our home based off our paint colors and floors. Tyler at Key Home furnishing was so knowledgeable and helpful when we were trying to pick out new living room furniture. We went to several places. some had the the same couch we wanted. Had a great experience at KEY Home Furnishings. I purchased a Stanton sectional sofa 10 years ago, and the service was top notch. This time around, purchasing my new Stanton sectional, the service was just a good.

KC is great! She immediately greeted us when we arrived. We explained what we wanted and the dimensions we were working with she showed us options within our price range. KC is attentive, actively listens and provides guidance without hovering. We felt zero pressure and KC took good care of us.

We had an amazing experience purchasing a Stanton sectional from key home. It was our first ever custom couch purchase and we were a bit intimidated but they made the entire process easy and enjoyable. They were so patient while I went back and forth on my decision, and the couch far exceeded all of our expectations. It’s the most comfortable couch I’ve ever experienced and every single time I sit on it I think about how thankful I am we got it!

Went in looking for a lift recliner for my mother in-law. She's petite so we've been struggling to find one to fit her. She has a walker and struggles to get up safely. Lucina had the perfect lift chair. She understood our needs. When we got the chair home, following the directions it was put together in 20-min, and we put Joyce in the chair. Perfect fit, like it was designed for her! Good quality, nice fabric, a very solid chair. Thank you for keeping Joyce safe and taking stress off the family. Shopping for bedroom furniture and stopped here as we were headed to another furniture store. Linda met us and was very helpful. We looked at a couple brands, and decided on Whittier furniture. The store was very helpful in assisting us with our purchase. Their prices were the best of any other retailer of that brand.

Ordered 2 recliners from Key. Tyler was very patient and addressed all our questions and concerns as we search for the correct option for out distinct needs. The chairs are on order so we can’t say anything about the actual product yet, but really appreciated their customer service. We have purchased from Key Home previously and were pleased, and so it was an easy decision to shop there again.

I started my shopping experience by using their texting feature on the website. I reached Janie who then answered every question I had. I went in on Saturday and met with Janie in person and was so appreciative that she was not pushy whatsoever. She was very helpful and honest and totally understood my vision. I ended up purchasing a whole living room set built by Stanton at a fantastic price, my husband was really impressed by the sale price and the cost of the extended warranty. Im super excited for the delivery.

Key has lots of really nice stuff at a variety of price points, and none of the tacky, cringe stuff you find at some other furniture stores. The highlight of our visit was probably getting to work with Danielle, who was personable, knowledgeable, and friendly without being salesy or pushy. She spent just the right amount of time with us and somehow always knew when we needed her or had questions. Definitely will return here both for the selection and to work with Danielle!

My wife and I were in the market for a new couch, as the one we have is more than a decade old, with our cat using the sides as a scratching post.

We went to a few furniture shops and Key Home Furnishings was the last stop that day. We had an idea of what we wanted and we spoke with Dan, who was super helpful and informative regarding the fabrics and what would be best for our home situation.

My wife had a few at the top of her list and wanted to think about it a bit more. After sleeping on it, we went back to Key Home Furnishings and purchased the couch, as well as arrange the shipping.
