I had two amazing experiences at this store. So impressed. Rosanna was AWESOME! Very helpful. Picked out shoes for me to try on and helped me find the right sizes. They have an excellent return policy. Would definitely recommend .

Wearing new work 👟 shoes and feeling great!! I walk a lot at work and by the end of the day my feet and back used to be soo sore before I found Vionic. But even great shoes get boring. So I stopped in the store and got some new shoes to keep me moving. Gaby was amazing at finding the right size and color. Gaby also was fabulous helping my mother find the shoes she wanted in the right color - by calling another store and being sent directly to her. Amazing service and amazing shoes! Win-win!

I had such a great experience with Nikki today. I called first and explained my foot issues and need for slippers. She checked to ensure there were some in stock in my size, then I came to the store.She was so patient and knowledgeable. I also asked about slip-on sneakers which she was able to fit me with. I also purchased some compression socks that feel great. She never pressured me to buy anything. Thank you Nikki!

Had such a great experience at this store. The woman that helped me (sorry didn’t get her name) was so helpful and very friendly. Went above and beyond with a return for me and helped me get the right size I needed. The customer service was fantastic!!! Highly recommend this location!

Nikki was both professional and empathetic to my personal foot issues. She worked patiently to get me to the correct footwear, and after 3 weeks of pain, I am pain free with the proper shoe wear to heal my plantar fasciitis! I cannot thank Nikki and Vionic enough!!

Visited Vionic store in Marlton on 7/11/23 after several frustrating attempts to find the correct athletic shoes, comfortable footwear etc over a span of 3 years of issues with plantar fasciitis, tendinitis, only to find out it was truly my MS aggravating my symptoms! I wanted a personalized fitting and I struck gold when I met Kelsey! She was exceptional!! Her knowledge, patience and above all else her kindness exceeded my expectations by far!!!! Not only would I recommend this location, but specifically Kelsey! I left with 5 pairs of shoes (a combo of athletic, leisure and casual/dressy wedges) all of which I love! This was my first time purchasing from Vionic. I was searching on line for walking /running shoes that would meet my specific needs when I randomly came across Ads for Vionic. I then realized that there is a location in Marlton, NJ. I have to say that this has been one of the best experiences I have had in purchasing any kind of footwear. Vionic gives the customer 30 Days of wear with any of their shoes. If your not completely satisfied within that 30 Days you can return your purchase for a complete refund or exchange. If you choose to exchange you are entitled to another 30 Day trial. Vionic wants the customer to be comfortable in their footwear. You can do this as many times as you need until you find your perfect fit. I had the pleasure of working with Toni who was extremely knowledgeable about the products and very friendly. The atmosphere in the store is very welcoming with quite a variety to choose from. I highly recommend giving this location a try. I believe you won’t be disappointed. Thank you again Toni for all of your help and doing so with a beautiful smile on your face!

Salesperson Kelsey was so helpful and knowledgeable !! Spent a great deal of time making sure i got the best fit and explained thoroughly which shoes would be best for my feet. It's an old-fashioned experience in this store! They measure your feet and your arch, bring out all the shoes, and feel the fit to make sure it is right for you. Endless thanks, you cant find customer service like this anywhere!!

I can’t say enough about the sales people in your Marlton , N.J. store, . They are the friendliest and most helpful group I have run across in a long time. I have narrow feet but have some bunion and arthritis issues on my left foot making it extremely difficult to buy shoes. Sadly, many of your shoes are much to wide for me including your slippers. I keep going into your store with the hope I will find a well fitting pair because I love your styles and the arch support. The employees in this store try so hard too please me. Nothing I ask is ever too much for them and they do it with a smile. I was able to buy several beach sneakers this past summer, a handbag and some socks. Sometimes I just stop in to say hi and have a little chat. You are very lucky to have such great employees in your Marlton NJ store.

I solely wear Vionic shoes, so visiting this store was a MUST! Flats, sneakers, heels, booties, flip flops, sandals, even slippers-I have and wear them all! I was in search of a specific shoe, in a specific color. It was not something that was in stock, but Toni was very helpful in trying to find it locally for me. She was able to order from the vendor, and have it shipped directly to my house. There was a 3-4 week expectation window, and as that timeline was approaching, I reached out for an update. Kelsey was kind enough to send a follow up email, and give me an update. I now have the exact shoes I came into the store to find, and I am so pleased! Thank you so, so much Kelsey, Toni, & the rest of the team!

Gabby was so patient and kind! She helped my mom and my grandmother at the same time. They needed multiple shoes and sizes. She measured their feet and helped find what they needed. So was so sweet and it made all the difference.

I recently bought Vionic sneakers. My first pair was worn so much there were actually holes in the bottom and they are so supportive, I went for a second. This pair got a hole in the fabric where it meets the leather. I called the store and Kelsey, the Manager, was super helpful and friendly. Even though they were well past the date of return (30 days), she offered to exchange them for me stating they want to stand behind their product. It was such a breath of fresh air to have such a pleasant person willing to go the extra mile. I will definitely keep shopping there and encourage others to do the same!
