Mexican Food Factory

We went here today 10-24-2023 around 1:30 in the afternoon. Big portions for price. The bartender was our server and she was great and so friendly.

We began with tortilla chips with salsa. I had the wet burrito with a side of sour cream with beans and rice. Very tasty! Would definitely recommend! We will definitely be back again.

Stopped by for some lunch, grabbed an apple cider margarita that was balanced and not overly sweet. I also had a market salad, the corn tasted fresh grilled, and queso fresco was delightful but the chicken was not my favorite. We loved the patio area and the waitress was super sweet but I was disappointed by the Sopapillas. I expected pillowy fried dough but was served fried tortillas.

Great quality and quantity of food. Last time went here 2 years back and today again visited as I was in town! Nothing changed, still maintain the same quality of food.. and worth visiting.. had vegetarian fajitas. Quantity is great! Easily 2 people can have in one plate.

It locates in a convenient place with a large parking lot. Waiters were very friendly and served dishes quickly.

As soon as we ordered our plates, we got many chips with two sauces. Both were slightly spicy but delicious. We couldn’t stop eating it until our orders arrived.

Both dishes that we ordered were delicious. The vegetables were fresh and crisps. My wife ordered something Mahi-mahi was in, and she was happy with it.

The only petty complaint is that the waiter put all guests in one row while many seats were empty in the restaurant. I do not think that it was a good idea during the pandemic. I did not feel safe.

On the bottom line, it is an excellent restaurant to go to.

OMG!!! This was a great experience! From the server asking if we were comfortable in our seats, and he wasn't even our server. To our actual server Dana helping me select great margaritas, being attentive, and a all around nice lady. The food was great and so were the margaritas!!! I will definitely be back! Do yourself a favor and go here if you are in the mood for Mexican food, great drinks, or warm and welcoming service!

Food is DELICIOUS. Finally went to the Mexican Food Factory and loved it. Nachos and brisket tacos are tasty. Quick note: They charge for the chips and salsa that are offered when you first sit down. I saw someone else include that in their review so I wasn't caught off guard. Passing that along. 😊

Went for our final farewell dinner last night- completely worth the 1.5 hour wait. We will truly miss you guys, you’ve been our happy spot for years. Thank you for the years of laughter and joy over delicious food and margaritas!💛

I have eaten here for almost 25 years. Every single meal, small and large, has been spectacular. I have come here on first dates, as a regular with my girlfriend, who became my fiance and now wife. I have been here on Cinco de Mayo drowning in margaritas; I have been here after my mother's headstone unveiling, my family tucked away in a familiar booth, shoulder to shoulder, laughing and crying. There have been so many huge moments in my life punctuated by meals at this restaurant. It has comforted me in sadness and exalted me in celebration. It dressed up to the highest occasion, and dressed down when you needed a quick drink and affordable yet delicious lunch. To say I will miss it is a gross understatement.
Thank you to everyone that has ever worked here. You made it such a special place for my family and I.

Love this restaurant. Outstanding food. Don't let the word "factory" keep you from this eating here. Great staff and service. Food is top quality and always fresh. Can hardly wait to go back.

Walk right in set right down.. fun environment.. never ending chips.. good beans, good rice, fresh salsa and fresh guacamole.. yup we got into a slapping match over the flan.. because I love flan. And my wife said she loves flying.so when I tried to take the last piece. She slap me. she made my mouth bleed.. but I still enjoyed my flan.. I recommend leaving the off beaten path for this place... I know it's right on 70.. but go out of your way..

If you are in south jersey and looking for authentic Mexican food from a clean and trustworthy restaurant you absolutely HAVE TO go to The Mexican Food Factory! Coming from Arizona we know good Mexican Food and this place does it right. The atmosphere is inviting, clean and there's plenty of seating with a bar and an outdoor patio as well.

My husband and son order the steak burrito and I usually order the shrimp fajitas. The chips and guacamole are fresh and delicious. And if you are a margarita lover I highly recommend the "Flaca". It's the best margarita, not too sweet, not too strong with the perfect balance between tequilla and lime juice (I'm not a fan of sweet and sour and this drink tastes fresh, not like it came out of a bottle of pre mix)!

Service excellent. Food is delicious and the Margs, to die for. Love this place!!!! I had the shrimp quesadilla and hubby had the El Cabalero Delicious!!

Will hate to see this restaurant close. The food is always delicious and plentiful, and the prices are affordable. Staff take good care of each diner to ensure their needs are met.

I wish had taken pictures. This was my first time and it was great. I had the chicken chimichanga dinner it was packed with chicken & came with refried beans, rice & guacamole, it was very good. My friend had the nachos, unless you're sharing don't order a large. The small was so big she took half of it home. The atmosphere is casual and down to earth. The service was awesome as well. Most definitely will be back when in the area again. This time I'll have pictures!

The food was delicious. The waiter took our order and memorized everything. There were 12 of us and he remembered everything and everyone of us got exactly what we ordered. We tried the different Margaritas and all were very good. We sat outside and enjoyed a fun and relaxing time.

Apple Cider Marg was yummy. We got guac, chips and salsa. Quesadilla was good too. Our server Gabby was absolutely amazing and such an angel !!!

One of our best visits ever!! Had the most attentive, honest and great server Dylan!! Great kid, awesome kindness and service. Kid deserves a raise!!!

A touch loud but the food is fantastic. Service is excellent. They're great at understanding my Celiac disease.

My husband and I went yesterday (Saturday) 6pm and had a 45 minute wait - expected when you just show up at 6pm!
The server at the bar was so attentive asking a huge crowd of people if he can get us drinks. I’ve never seen that before. Usually when it’s that crowded you can barely get to bar let alone a bartender noticing you standing there. Very impressive.
Once seated, our server Gabby was absolutely amazing! They were so so busy but let me tell you, when Gabby was at your table you had her full attention like you were the most important customer there. She just had this lovely way about her. She was one step ahead that you didn’t need to ask her for anything. Honestly she was probably one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had - ever!

We actually thought the food was very delicious, very fresh, and the portions were huge (Gabby was right there with our to-go containers!).
There was a seafood allergy at the table and definitely no cross contamination like mentioned in a previous post.
Excellent quality and value for the cost. We would definitely go again and wait that long. It WAS that good!
