Real customer service at the Marlton Store. It is true that stores do not have as many staff as in the past BUT the people they have really go out of their way to help.
I did not see something I wanted to buy and, on my way out, was asked if I needed help? I told Denise my problem. She used the radio to ask someone on the receiving dock if it had just been received. It had! Candy brought it up form the back of the store to the check out where I was standing. They were really happy to help me.

Kohl’s at Marlton is my go to store!! Love their sales. Staff is very friendly, willing to help at all times. Checkouts are easy.

The Head sales associate help me out with all my questions. And my check out person was excellent as well. She was patient and they were both very very helpful. And that’s important to me. I’m not sure of the Head associates name but my cashier was Litty , she was excellent.

Kudos to Marianne working Shoe Dept. other day. Checked inventory and searched backroom for specific shoe that was not displayed on floor. Great CS experience overall with help and at checkout.

I have been a Kohl's shopper for many years and the associate Donna was the most exceptional associate that I have encountered. She explained my app in detail and I now realize I have missed discounts in the past. She is a credit to your business.

Miss Donna and Miss Dawn took very good care of me, including finding an actual price and noting when items were full price. I was buying from clearance racks. I submitted my experience, but don't think it went thru.
