Our community mailbox was smashed and I had to pickup my mail and packages here for a few weeks. They were always friendly and helpful.

Just called to locate a package I couldn't seem to figure out where went and Jada answered and was the nicest even tho it sounded super busy, she was great and even called me back so quick with answer!! I was very impressed! Jada is wonderful with customer service and fast too! Couldn't be happier with my interactions here at this place. Been there for pick up and the people were pleasant then, too! Love this post office!

Got fantastic help on Dec13 stopping a mis-delivered package, which could easily have been lost to me. The agent was 100% - friendly, efficient, she even went to check on it personally. I was worried when I called, not at all now. On my all-time best list

Considering I had to pick up a mail hold, change my address, get a PO box and mail a package out of the country, and needed a lot of assistance multiple times, I was very impressed with how nice and patient the staff was! I have been to many post offices and was not given even mediocre customer service when I only needed a quick book of stamps! Bravo!!!

The staff has always been very helpful and couteous in taking my packages or locating a package for pickup.

I called to check on a package of Christmas presents and the girl there was very helpful and understanding. The phone rang two times and an actual person answered.

Yeah it’s lame they accept oversized parcels they won’t deliver by hand to the front door. But just purely reviewing the actual office pickup location: they’ve always been nice and I’ve never waited too long.

Only used this location twice but both times I was thoughtfully taken care of and I was dealing with a potential and costly disaster. I had dealt with two other locations over the period of a month and neither location put any effort into locating a shipment seemingly lost in space. I’d given up and was trying to figure out how to explain a $350 loss when I found this location near my home and when by out of strict curiosity. Thanks to a gentleman (Kevin I believe) I was able to resolve an ugly situation and walked away with the lost package and a whole bunch of weight off my shoulders. Thanks

Been here twice now. About 10-minute wait on both occasions. They said they’d hold a couple of packages for me even though their normal procedure would be to return to sender. They kept their word, even remembered me by name. I find no fault in them; just good friendly people, doing a decent job.
