The Inn at Sugar Hill

The Inn at Sugar Hill is a beautiful restaurant located on a spectacular river setting. Food is incredible and they have a great Happy Hour. The Staff is so kind and have become more like family than friends. There's always a new Cocktail or entree on the menu. When the weather gets warmer, it's fun to sit around the outside bar. Always a great time !

Love the Inn at Sugar Hill. The food is amazing. The atmosphere is great. Our server Sharon was wonderful. She was courteous, and very friendly. She gave us service with a smile, came over to ask how we were, gave great recommendations. Filled us in in the history of the restaurant making our experience more interesting. Would definitely recommend this place, and make sure you ask for Sharon.

If you haven’t been since Executive Chef, Jackie took charge you’re missing out!! Our stuffed mushroom appetizer and our entrees
were 5 star worthy!!! Our waitress, Desiree was a top notch server with an adorable personality! We were seated on the quaint enclosed porch overlooking the water. A lovely night, Thank you!!!!

Gotta give props when there do! Had some amazing Happy Hour apps that were simply GREAT! The blackened scallops over grits,Crab Dip,Hot Honey wings and Garlic Parm wings were on point! Thanks will definitely be back!

We could not have been more impressed with the service and food we experienced tonight! We were lucky enough to have Desire as our server! She's a delight which added to our amazing experience!
The food was absolutely delicious! The new Portebello mushroom appetizer, definitely a 10!! We had the Chicken Sorentino, so yummy! And the Prime Rib was cooked perfectly!

Just finished dinner in the lounge. Matthew is hands down the best server we have ever had. We LOVED him. Attentive, caring, and passionate about his work. We ordered the roasted beet and orange salad, lobster Mac and cheese, and the pasta with blackened scallops. And Megan makes a fabulous martini. Thank you for a lovely date night!

Me and my fiance stopped in and had the prime rib that was suggested by our amazing server sharon accompanied with a glass of pinot noir which was delightful! Sharon made my night great by how she treated us with such kindness and friendlyness ! I will be coming back with my family so they can have the same experience with her as we did that night !

I had the salmon and it was soooo good. Sharon was my server and she was excellent. She offered a delicious cocktail.. cant wait to come back

Stopped by by happenstance and couldn’t have been more pleased. The staff, food and views made it so that I wanted to give review so that others gave it a try! Our server Dre was helpful, kind, personable and made the dining experience all the better. Definitely worth the stop & love that they are fully open on Mondays when so many other establishments choose to close.

My girlfriend and I stopped by for brunch the other day and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the service we received. We had the unwavering pleasure of being served by Matthew and he was absolutely at the top of his game the entire time we were seated. He was attentive and efficient, and took the time to indulge us in our various inquiries into the specific allergens that may have been present at the time of our visit. My girlfriend has a myriad of allergies that she contends with and Matthew was so knowledgeable with regards to how the food is prepared and what ingredients are present in the dish. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our visit and that was all thanks to Matthew. We have a couples date planned for next week and we can’t wait!!

The Inn at Sugar Hill has amazing food. It's delicious, and the portions are big. When I first came, I immediately noticed the amazing view of the river. I will definitely be coming back soon.

I am so glad I gave this restaurant a shot for Sunday brunch last week. Matthew was the server. He was kind, attentive, and handsome! The brunch buffet had a great selection as well. Matthew made the experience one to remember, hence the ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review!

Just had the new chef's crock of brisket chili for lunch. I am particularly fond of chili and have ordered it at establishments throughout southern New Jersey and beyond. The brisket chili I had today was absolutely delicious!! It was flavorful, had the appropriate balance of meat, beans, spices, and cheese and the cornbread finished it off perfectly. I strongly encourage folks to try it as well as their other lunches...plus the venue is beautiful, historic, and vintage Mays Landing, NJ. Keep it up!!!

On Sunday, my friends and I came for brunch. Matthew was our server and he was very attentive to our party. He was constantly refilling drinks all while having a smile on his face. Some of the best service I’ve had during a Sunday brunch.

Words cannot express our sincere gratitude for an amazing wedding reception at The Inn at Sugar Hill. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable and professional. The dinning rooms were absolutely beautiful (as we had to go inside due to the weather). A special heartfelt thank you to Jodi for managing the occasion and responding kindly and promptly to any need that arose. Also a special thank you to Ashley and Jodi for their kindness and professionalism during the planning process. We could not have chosen a better place for our wedding. Thank you all so very much from the bottom of our hearts!

My son and daughter-in-law had their wedding here and it was fabulous! The staff couldn't have been more attentive and the ambience was breathtaking yet serene. Jodie, one of the bartenders, was the best! I highly recommend this venue.

I recently attended a birthday brunch at this lovely place, and it was an outstanding experience! The food was exquisite, and the service provided by Matt and Nikki was exceptional. Their hospitality and efficiency added so much to the celebration. Thank you for a fantastic time!

Wow…what a great evening we had dining at this beautiful restaurant. Great service (shout out to Sharon), delicious food (Sea bass/Prime rib = superb), warm and cozy atmosphere. We can’t wait to return.

Wonderful lunch with a beautiful view. Our server was pleasant, informative, and quick. The food was prepared very well. We were pleasantly surprised by the restaurant week menu that offered a starter, entrée, and dessert for $20. We were so full we skipped the dessert. Definitely recommend

Altea was amazing!! We had a 13 person family dinner here and she handled it wonderfully. They set us up in a private room and the service was great. Could not recommend this place enough
