Kohl's located in Westampton Township, NJ always has nice store associates. A few have been there since the store opened. They are very nice and knowledgeable.
IF you are looking for clothing and home goods, it's the place to shop. If the item you are looking for is not on the floor, they will take the time to check if there are more in stock.

The store is very large and spacious, there are now a lot of new products and discounts, which is very pleasing. I liked the staff, calm and very attentive.

The Westhampton store is always clean and always has a nice selection of goods. I always find something that I need and/or want. The staff is great very helpful and courteous.

I was here yesterday for the first time to do a return from an online Kohl's order and the woman that took me at the counter was so sweet, nice, and professional.

She had a long line and kept thanking everyone for their patience and she took her time with each customer. I wish that I had asked for her name so I could write it here, either way- you made my day!

This store has really changed over the years however I was happy with my visit today. Check out was quick and the cashier was knowledgeable about the sales.

I went to return items. I was very lucky there was only one person ahead of me. The woman that waited on me was in training. The other woman was very kind in helping her with my return. SHe explained the process to her. Than I proceeded to buy a nice silver chain on sale. The lady came over to jewelry to help. She had a nice smile and also rang up a very cool heating pad that has a massage too and it's also weighted they say for a calming experience. That was a bit pricey but it was on sale. Great deal had thirty percent .coupon which I received in the mail. As a birthday present. .Very happy with my purchases. And service was top notch .

Great place to bring your Amazon returns, terrible place to be pressured to get a Kohl's card and "discounted" overpriced items.

However, decent stop for after holiday discounts.

Learn how to shop and save. I personally hardly ever shop unless I get at least a 30 percent discount if I have the opportunity to get more I go out of my way to make the time to shop.

I had a bunch of amazon returns (32 different QR codes!) and I literally took a Target cart from the parking lot and filled it up with my returns to bring in. The person doing my returns stayed like 10 minutes after his shift because the line was long and he would've left one person working alone to handle it themselves. They were very nice. I highly recommend.
Also, just bought towels and sheets and undergarments there and they're great, on sale, used my discount code for 25% more off, and they had exactly what I was looking for.
