AT&T Store

Tony was ready and waiting before we got into the store which was so amazing and greeted us very professionally with a smile! Our time spent there was very educational, fun & exciting as we upgraded to the newer iPhones. Tony and his Assistant Manager were able to offer us a better deal in store than on the phone! We were left very pleased with our purchases! Thank you to Tony for making our stay in store for a few hours fun and it didn't feel overwhelming! We would definitely come back to this store as the staff was so nice and fun to be around! We visited the store on Rte. 541 next to Kohls, Target!

The customer service representative Maria helped me since the other male representative only tried to get me to buy unnecessary items so I could use the accessory billing. Maria went above my expectations and she listened to my problem and solved my problem and didn't let me leave the store as a pissed off customer. THERE I WOULD GIVE MARIA A 5.

The associate who helped me, Chase, was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. It was a quick and easy fix since all I needed was a new Sim card. I would definitely go to him for any other issues or questions I may have

My mom and I came in over the weekend to have our phones transferred over to our new ones we purchased Black Friday. The technician, Chase, was approachable and helpful from the moment we walked in. He was patient and helped us set up both phones while explaining step by step what was happening. We really appreciated the help and kind service! Thank you again!

This was HANDS-DOWN the best "Wireless Retail" experience I have ever had. My prior wireless provider was apparently too busy with business merger activities to provide me with even a half-decent signal, and a friend stopped over with an AT&T phone to show me how good the overall signal is. I decided to move over to AT&T, and it was definitely the right choice. Crystal clear, NOT-DROPPED calls and text messages that ACTUALLY go through when you press "SEND". While all of that is refreshing, the best part was walking in to the store and having a smooth transaction that didn't have a bunch of issues. Everything was explained clearly, and it was like conversing with friends. Definitely an excellent experience, and SO HAPPY to have nice strong steady WIFI at my remote home in the woods. Thank you!!!!

Experience here was more than exemplary. My service representative DJ was very attentive to my needs. As well as went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of in all aspects of my visit. Whether it was handling the issues pertaining to my account, to the simple task of ensuring my phone was protected. DJ got it 💯 all the way through and through. Thanks Keep it up

Today in particular 11/20/21 - José helped me return my watch. He was quick, professional and a pleasure to work with.

On a previous visit, Terrance was amazing. His patience, demeanor and product knowledge was AMAZING!!!!!!

He walked me through the buying and installation process with grace and ease.

In addition, Asia is a great member of the team. She’s joy vial, knowledgeable and very fun to interact with.

AT&T Burlington is doing it right, good job team! You’ve got the best blend of personalities and team members to create a perfect store and buying environment.

I was having trouble with my Apple Watch. Terrance and Kenny (the assistant manager) we’re absolutely the best. The customer service was awesome!!!

The AT&T rep Jose was very helpful. We were able to order our new watches and save enough money, so that we didn’t go over our limit. He was knowledgeable about the latest deals and what to do. We hope to see him again!

Shont’e was a very helpful employee. She was kind and very respectful. She answered all of our questions within seconds and told us all of the details. She has an extremely positive attitude as well. Experience was amazing. We will definitely be coming back very soon!

Chris was our store agent and he was a tremendous help. He was very knowledgeable on billing and store products. He saved us money on our monthly cell bill and showed us the the AT&T TV products and convinces is to try it. Chris is the reason we didn’t change service to T-Mobile.

My new puppy broke my phone and oh man Chris was amazing. I highly recommend this store. They actually take the time to make sure you understand what is happening before you make any decisions. When i left after chris helped me i truly felt like this was the easiest experience I’ve had getting a new phone.

The young lady Asia Owens has done tremendous service for me. I came in frustrated with the 3rd party vendor Asurion service and was ready to leave AT&T but Asia helped me make an appointment with ASURION at one of their corporate locations on the same day so I could get my device fixed. She saved my business account service with AT&T and I, Thank her for that. AT&T has a true GEM!

Had a pleasant experience today while a technician serviced my son’s cell phone. I cannot recall his name but he was very friendly and knowledgeable.
The sign on the door stated that AT&T is following all state and locate mask mandates, at this time in NJ, there are no mask mandates. I was asked to put a mask on “because the sign on the door said so” but again, there isn’t a mask mandate in NJ.
If it’s AT&T’s policy to wear a mask indoors, then please update your signage as the current information displayed is incorrect stating they follow all “local and state mandates” even though, the mask mandates in NJ have been lifted.
Otherwise, no complaints at all. The store’s staff is extremely helpful and eager to assist.

Chris was our outstanding sales associate at the Burlington AT&T. He got us out on our ridiculous plan with Sprint flawlessly. He was extremely professional, and very quick with his transactions and was outstanding when explain the details of the plan for me to understand. If I could give more then 5 stars I absolutely would.

Asia was very helpful and walked me through the process of purchasing my new IPhone 12 Pro Max. It was a pleasure having her assist me And look forward to another visit.
