I usually don't do ratings or surveys online or on social media but this is different!
Needed to fly out to Denver on Tuesday for funeral and needed newly bought, only worn once, suit dry cleaned. Dropped it off Saturday, requested to have it ready for Monday evening pickup for early flight on Tuesday. No problem with all that! Tuesday early morning on flight when i sat down, i noticed left side on pants about 1/16th of inch, top fabric was damaged showing all threads. My first impression I thought it was just lint, but no it was not lint but damaged fabric on a beautiful $350 BR suit. :( :(

Next evening after returning from Denver, went to see Avian cleaner proprietor, same women who took it for cleaning request, as I tried to explain her, forget about listening, forget about common courtesy to customer service but simply started screaming, interrupted me and insisted, outright denial no accountability just "no..no..no.." "no...no have been in business for 20years..no..no we didn't do it, no...no" to anything you try to say!

"Rude, obnoxious, arrogant, ugly inside out personality!!"

This experience teaches valuable lesson in life, that it doesn't matter if you own something that has sentimental value or expensive, place like Avian Cleaner in Voorhees, store owner women lady has no respect to you as a customer or human being, her goal is how to make her money, even if she ruins your precious belonging.

Please, to you the reader of this review, if you can clean or iron your own clothing DO NOT TRUST people like Avian Laundromat/Cleaning places. Take little time if you can do your own cleaning. Perfectly tailored clothing by lot of talented designers and workmanship, in a snap of lousy mistake by Avian cleaning place will be destroyed and invaluable. Bought from your hard earned money will be simply ruined- BE CAREFUL!!

Got my wedding dress dry cleaned for pictures, picked it up and it was STILL dirty. Couldn’t get any makeup stains or dirt up from when I worse it once on my wedding night. Embarrassed to even take pictures in it again. Not only did they charge me a lot of money, but he refused to do anything about it and was so rude as I was trying to point out that it’s still dirty. Kept telling me no no no been in business for 40 years know it wouldn’t come out. Never again.

HORRIBLE experience twice-first time they butchered my dress-a year later decided to give them another try since they are close to my work-brought bridesmaid dress for alterations. It wasn’t done I’m in time...when I said I needed it for the next day they tried to charge me triple the original price bc it was being rushed even though they just never did it and that’s why it wasn’t done. They were the rudest business people I’ve ever encountered. I would never recommend them for anything other than a cleaning and even that is hard bc of how unprofessional and rude they are.
