My salesman was wonderful. He helped when I asked for help, and left me alone when that is what I wanted. He was kind and efficient and knowledgeable, and able to answer all of my questions on the spot. I wasn't pressured to purchase a chair outside of my budget, and understood me and what I was looking for. Thank you, Steven! And thank you La-Z-Boy for being smart enough to hire him.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving exceptional assistance from Jim at the La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, and I am compelled to share my positive experience.

Jim's outstanding customer service began with his attentiveness and understanding of my specific needs. As someone who is shorter and experiences back pain, Jim went above and beyond to recommend chairs tailored to address these concerns. His knowledge of the product inventory and thoughtful suggestions made the shopping experience not only enjoyable but also immensely helpful.

Jim's professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction have left a lasting impression on me. FINALLY found what we wanted after looking online and going to furniture stores for several days. And the manager and sales specialist at the Cherry Hill, NJ store were both pleasant, informed, and listened to our requirements and the complications we ran into trying to find a proper fit for our home, our wants, and our needs. The manager there actually added extra value with his knowledge of color and fabric.
Price was not our only concern… meeting our requirements and quality was because then “you only wince once”.

After my surgery having such a hard time getting comfortable. I called to see if there were any floor model’s available to purchase. Steven was extremely helpful. Worked with my husband and dad to make sure I had what I needed and I had a chair and less than an hour. Thank you so much for being so accommodating! The chair is amazing!! it is electric and has memory so once I got comfortable, all I had to do was push a button and it’s set to my favorite position. Highly recommend

If we could give 1000 stars, we would! Do yourself a favor and ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!! Jim went above and beyond and made sure we found the comfort, color and size we wanted and needed for our new home. We are so glad we went to this location and didn’t settle on the “other” stores. The expertise, knowledge & patience is far superior than any other furniture store we have ever been to.
Everything is super customizable and not everything needs to be purchased in brown like the other stores! We will always recommend this location to all our family & friends in the area. We will absolutely be repeat customers for life! Thank you SO much Jim for all your help today! It was such a pleasure working with you!

We love our salesman Steven at the Cherry Hill location. We shopped there a few years ago when we first moved to the area. Then we recently returned to replace a loveseat and a sofa. Steven remembered our original purchases and fabrics off the top of his head and was able to coordinate new fabrics with the old!! He’s incredible. The store itself has a wonderful selection of sofas, loveseats, recliners, and the like and knowledgeable salespeople and designers. The quality is superior to anything you’d find at Crate and Barrel or any other local furniture store.

He was amazingly friendly and professional he accommodated everything I asked for and made some suggestions too.
I just had an overall great shopping experience for my new sofa. I believe it’s going to be beautiful too.

We had a great experience at the Cherry Hill La-Z-Boy! We came in with a vague sense of what we wanted but left the store knowing more than we ever thought we would know about gliders and rockers. We were able to customize every aspect of the chair and the sales folks were knowledgeable and helpful without an ounce of pushiness. Also, a vast selection to choose from. Had a great experience with Josh Evans specifically and some of the other sales folks on the floor. So excited to get our rocker!

Great experience! Jim, the store manager, was extremely helpful in finding a recliner suited to my particular taste. Between fabric, Posturepedic foam cushions, and price, I was extremely satisfied. Great products.

We had a great experience shopping for a sofa and love seat. The employees/manager were extremely helpful. We didn’t feel pressured and were shown a nice selection of stylish furniture. This was not the puffy chair store that we expected!

My husband needed a lift chair and we had no time to spare in procuring one so we went to Lazy Boy in Cherry Hill. We were promptly greeted by Steven who was very knowledgeable, polite and understanding. He took his time to explain all of the features of the different models pointing out the differences and advantages of each. I feel like that makes ALL the difference no matter what you’re buying. The whole experience was excellent! He is a fine representative of your company and we’re looking forward to receiving our chair on March 31st!

Steve allowed an untethered experience in the showroom but was there when we had questions. He also made the purchase experience simple. We're looking forward to adding the new furniture to our home.

The service and buying experience at the Cherry Hill store was 2nd to none. Ron D. was incredibly knowledgeable and excellent to work with. Not to mention that the furniture quality is absolutely top notch. Can’t say enough good things about my experience and product quality.
