Marissa was very kind and comforting we were a bit late travelling from Philadelphia they accommodated us and let us know they were going to see us as long we were patient which we were and grateful Tonya was our photographer she was very patient and understanding Cassie was a bit cranky being woke up she took a variety of pictures different poses and it was 4 of us and let us know everytime was a error with picture rather it be child eyes, someone hair,chin position, I appreciate the professionalism

It’s a go-to store for me for many things- I always find something I want at a good price. Their jewelry department is second to none, in my opinion- kind of a well kept secret! Their women’s activewear section is very good- and they’ve really done a nice job with their seasonal department- great stuff.UPDATE 11/20- still loving JCP- their holiday department is awesome at great prices - their activewear department has great buys, and I’ve gotten so many things from their ANA line for women. I never leave without finding something!

Found what I was looking for at the right price with helpful assistance from the salesclerk. Especially happy to see they had a dressing room open to try on items. Hope they recover from their financial troubles. Penney's has always been consumer friendly. Much needed with financial troubles ahead for many.

Very good store with everything you need

Got a great haircut in the salon there. Woman(forgot her name, terrible with names)who cut my hair took her time & was very friendly. Good conversation as well as a good fade.

New fav place to shop for dressy/casual for my 18 yr old. Beautiful clothes, nice sales. Website does not do it justice.

Found what I was looking for Phila team shirts found them and they were 50% off A lot of itemns were will go back after the holiday to see what else is left or on sale

I have been getting my hair done at In-Style with Kelli for well over a year and have truly enjoyed the experience. They've dressed the salon recently up with state of the art equipment which makes it even better!

I come here all of the time. I'm on the taller side of life and I find that this location has the best selection for guys my height. Quiet store and helpful staff. Thanks!
