Reliance Medical Group (Pediatrics)

Love this place. It was bad in pleasantville but in Northfield there is never a wait and everyone is nice. My child likes it there too.

When I was taking my nephew there, I was ALWAYS seen right away!!! The reception area was courteous with a smile. The doctors are such patient people. They pull up a chair and listen to why you are there. They all explained the situation at hand clearly. I understood perfectly!!! Peggy langel is awesome and a concerned doctor, I just love her. Thank you everyone at Reliance Medical of Pleasantvilel NJ.

Not sure why I see so many bad reviews, but so far services that my sister received has been highly professional and the ladies at the front reception was very helpful and friendly.

The worst I would never let them deliver my Dr. Linda Stanley checked me to see how far dilated I was.. She was purposely rough and hurt me real bad because she was mad I missed my last 2 appts at the office but I made my last appt with the high risk dr. She stuck her whole hand in me and it wasn't until I got to another hospital in New Brunswick because that's where my daughter had to be delivered because I was high risk that's when I realized she wasn't supposed to be that rough and then came back again about 15 mins later this time with NO Nurse it was just her (Linda Stanley) saying she had to check me again because she not 100 percent sure my water broke. When I got to the other hospital I was terrified for the other dr to check me she felt so bad for me. That when I realized that lady wasn't supposed to check me like that. She wasn't my regular dr she was the dr on call at the time but I would not every go back!

I'd give zero stars if I could, took our 9 month old there for her checkup and shots, we were given a total of 197.60 because we were paying cash since they wouldn't take our Florida insurance. The lady couldn't work the system and got locked out of her computer, we ended up using our CC because they couldn't take cash. Paid the bill and left, a month later they send my wife a bill for $447 and proceed to charger our CC $150. When we called nobody could help us or has called us back, each time it's just another excuse. Had to get with our CC company and have them cancel the charge. Their billing department wasn't helpful either .

New location same terrible services. You have been on time to an appointment and seen after, well I was a hour early and seen after the appointment time.. after I was told I can go I was still up up for like 40 mins just for the prescription. Oh and don't try and explain what you did or been through Dr. Janet I think her name was will cut you off. I got two doctor's saying the same thing, but she saying something way different from them.

Update I was giving medication that was taking the pain down to a 7. Oh yea the Dr name is jeanna or something like that lol short white girl. Anyway she gave me ibuprofen 600mg and cyclobenzaprine 10mg. My pain is back at a ten to I double of the pills nothing still pain. So I did research, because I told her 2 other doctor's said it's a herniated disc. She said it could just be a bulging disc. Look up herniated disc. It explains what it is then it reads a herniated disc is a sponge like disc that if it is damage/broken or bulge then you have a herniated disc. Let her tell it it's herianted or bulge. Sad so I'm looking for a doctor who know his/her stuff. Monday ima report her to corporate, cause I shouldn't be in pain. She should of gave me better medication then this....smh

This medical group needs to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!! The staff at this location is terrible. Nothing but rude and incompetent people. The way they represent themselves is atrocious. Even their corporate staff is useless. NEVER EVER BRING YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS PRACTICE!!!!!!!!!! BY FAR THE WORST MEDICAL PRACTICE IN ATLANTIC COUNTY!!!

The doctor there are not nice they don’t really keep good track or records of ur child’s health sicknesses they keep sending u to the same doctors over n over for the same thing and for you to get the same answer n they talk to u like ur dumb and don’t know ya child

Horrible reception service

terrible service. super unprofessional staff and environment. doubtful that the building is up to code or even clean

The service is slow and not friendly phone reception. Waiting on hold more than 30 minutes.
