This is not an urgent care. But as a primary care office they are excellent! Deanna and Tomika are fabulous.

Doctor Lipshutz and the nurse always a pleasure to see. But the customer service lady Tina very rude. First once I walked in she acknowledged me after 15 min sitting there .. Full of sarcasm. The nurse was trying to help out on faxing some paperwork and Tina was not happy I was stealing their time,jumped of the chair saying we dont need to fax it for you it is a courtesy that we do. Thank you for your courtesy I am your patient and thats the least you could do. That's what you there for, to take care of your patients. If it is too much to ask then maybe you are in a wrong field.

Absolutely the worst place to try and get medical care! Just try calling them and you'll see or better yet try to go in as a walk-in to this so called "urgent care." GOOD LUCK!
