Love this Ulta! But especially the hair salon. Xiara does my hair. She did the color & blowout. And she’s amazing! She’s sweet. & she knows exactly what she’s doing with color & how to work with your hair especially textured hair. Go here to get your hair done!

I’ve been in this store before and the staff usually isn’t personable or excited to help. Today I was in and it was the same, but at the register when I was asked if I was helped and I said no, I met Sydney. Sydney is amazing! The store was busy and she went above and beyond to help me find a good primer and was a pleasure to talk with. Will definitely be back! Thank you Syd!!!!

I went, for the first time, to get salon services. I am extremely impressed by my hair. Shenice did an excellent job.

I want to give a shout out to employee Alyssa as she was amazing from the moment she offered her assistance to checking me out! Extremely helpful with a great up lifting attitude the entire time! Got my hair done by Shanice D. and she did an amazing job I would highly recommend anyone going to her especially if you want to dye your hair!

I'm so upset that I didn't get her name but shout out to the associate/makeup artist who helped my soon to be sister-in-law last night. This woman was a HUMAN ANGEL. We had to basically buy almost a full face of makeup for the bride to be because she owns none and we know nothing about it. We came in with a list and when I tell you this woman took her time and made sure she found the best products for the look we needed and on our tight budget. Give her a raise PLEASE. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Cass at the brow bar is fantastic. I came in with half an eye brow months ago (my own over tweezing nightmare) and she did an awesome job with my wax and teaching me how to fill in until it grew back :) I now only see Cass for my brows and she is always so kind and helpful for any products I need and my brows look awesome.

I cannot say enough about Vanessa, Emily and Lola!!! What superb customer service!!

Love this store, staff if great. Cassandra is amazing at hair and now does brows! Great value and super knowledgeable. I never realized how good my brows could look until she showed me! I was overdoing it on my own. She is so sweet. It's a nice treat every 2 weeks!

Wide selection, good coupons & very helpful staff

This has been a brutal season for my face. Extremely dry and irritated skin from the change in weather. I was recommended by my network to research First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream. I asked for a consultation at the store, and was assisted by Lindsey. This review is more for my service and experience at the store, as opposed to product and results, as I literally just purchased it today, and probably need a few weeks of a new routine to properly give my opinion on the products.

Lindsey was very knowledgeable of the brand I chose to research and the various respective products I asked her about.

I felt that Lindsey was very approachable, consultative, and personable with regard to my specific skin care concerns. She took the time to understand my current routine, and recommended a solid game plan as to how to tackle the issues, and made it simple enough that I walked away with confidence that I can follow through with that strategy at home.

She was patient with us having a baby with us in store, who was probably overdue on a nap. :)

Overall, I found the store well-stocked with product inventory, the check out process was fast and easy, and the attention to detail, as well as cross-staff cooperation was on point. Management clearly has some winners working there.

If there is anything that I can point to as a matter of criticism, it would be the way I felt toward handling testers (speaking about the area that had First Aid Beauty products....) The reason why I mention this is that it seemed that everyone uses their fingers into the testers, and that Q-Tips weren’t available at the display, nor encouraged. Although I didn’t try any testers out for this exact reason (bit of a germaphobe...,) the consultation and my network’s recommendation was influence enough for me to make a purchasing decision, sans testing the product in store.

I’d shop here again!

I work in the health care field and have limited availability to get to any store, ulta is no expectation. I also have a 1 year old that I will not take into a store/anywhere, as he can’t wear a mask. AKA I order online a lot lol.. i just wanted to take a sec to acknowledge Allison and Dana for going out of there way last night 3/12/21 to let me pick up my order when they really didn’t have to. They did not need to inconvenience themselves (pickup ends at 5 - it was 7pm) or wait the few minutes after closing to assist me..(7:05 by now) I just want to recognize them as really awesome employees who made my next few weeks a little bit brighter and a lot easier. Thanks ladies :]

I went today 7/4 and I had a great experience. I don't know if she is a manager, but Lola was amazing. I'm do happy she helped me today. Great people skills and totally knowledgeable of the store, products and procedures. 🥰

I went into Ulta for the very first time and was a little intimidated. It took a few minutes to get some direction on where to go for my facial, but once I greeted my facialist, it was all uphill from there. Ally is amazing and took such good care of me. She was kind and educated me on the products and helped me create a plan and new skin regimen. I'm so grateful for her hospitality and look forward to coming back!

I was in there on Friday Feb 26th, and I am seriously blown away by the help I received. I am in shock how good the products are that were recommended to me. I wish I got the name of the woman who helped me, she was an esthetician and also pregnant like me and just was so knowledgeable about the products and routines and what would work for me right now. I went in there for one type of product and she showed me even better products, and also how to switch up my routine to help achieve what I was looking for, she was not pushy and just extremely helpful and I wish I could thank her more because my skin is already glowing and I am just so grateful.

My wife told me to leave a review for the girl who did her hair. Xiara. Don’t get me for mispelling that. She loves it. And is one of her regulars and will continue to go to her.

Payton had a mess on her hands when I asked her to try to fix my haircut wich was cut at tranquility salon in hainesport by a top hairdresser for a year All went good till last cut.i was hairdresser for years so I tip well for good cuts the last ten I went back in 2 times to get fixed it just got worse!Payton fit me in since someone told me time but didn't put in computer. She kind compassionate and caring
She took her time and listened.and what a great job she did!she did the best she could with a bad situation. I can't wait till the next haircut it will be great.she worked at tranquility as shampoo girl if they were smart they would have given her a chair and snapped her up.shes such a sweet girl.
