This store is excellent. Great customer service and knowledgeable, helpful associates. I love New Balance and have been loyal to the brand. I will not repurchase the 880’s until they redesign the ankle collar. I have found the loose fit of the collar is a debris deposit creating the need to stop mid walk, run or hike to empty out the shoe bed.

First time buying a pair of new balance shoes and my experience was great. Felt super welcomed and 3 different people asked if they could help me find what I needed. I don’t remember his name, but tall athletic build curly haired guy helped me (maybe Cody?) and got me sized, turns out I’ve been wearing the wrong size the past few years. My feet have never felt better. Thank you New Balance!

Came in for my birthday to get sized and fitted for a running shoe and absolutely love it. Connor gave me demo, and was incredibly helpful in helping me identify what works well for my specific needs. Highly recommend!

I’m very happy with our experience at Bridgeport New Balance today. The shoe sales person, Connor, helped my special needs brother find the best shoe for his needs. By thinking creatively and engaging my brother in a way that he understood, Connor got a good fit with shoes to support his medical/physical needs. Most salespeople don’t know what to do with someone who is nonverbal and just shut down. We’ll be back.

Place offers a great selection of New Balance shoes, offers a treadmill to try out the shoes for running or walking. If the style or size is not available they can order directly and either have it shipped to store - no fee - or to your home with a minimal fee. Employees are helpful and can provide recommendations on the spot. Overall a good show buying experience.

My 4 month old pair of NB shoes were showing early signs of wear inside the left shoe. Marcus helped me go home with a brand new pair as a one-time replacement. A whole new level of service for "shoes". Highly recommended for this reason alone.

Just came in to get sized and fitted. I’ve been struggling with foot and leg pain due to having two surgeries on the same foot. I’ve been struggling to walk and stand for about a year. Josh sat and listened to my needs then put me in a shoe that allowed me to walk with little to no pain. I’m extremely happy with the service and I will be returning.

After seeing the results of my foot scan and asking me questions about my job role and activity level, he pointed me in the direction of shoes and sole inserts that were comfortable and reduced soreness. Josh was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and caring. He used the machine that tested our feet for the correct shoes. My wife and I are very happy with our new shoes and insoles, especially now that our feet, hips and backs are hurting less.

This is easily my favorite shoe store. The staff members are always extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The selection of shoes update frequently, and the test area is nicely set up.

I love how Conor showed me how my foot needs to be supported with the 3-D scanning machine. From there, he sold me the most comfortable pair of running shoes I’ve ever owned! Thanks, Conor!

My family had an amazing experience here. Griffin was incredibly knowledgeable and didn’t rush us to any decision which was a perfect way to start our afternoon. The foot scan was a total surprise that added to our unique and wonderful trip. We will definitely be back.

I came with some friends to look around but this dude named Conner scanned my feet gave me a bunch of good tips. I didn’t know I was wearing the wrong size but he got me correct. Definitely ask for him if you go there!!

I went to this store location to shop for some new sneakers as a gift for my brother and traditionally being a Nike shopper, I wasn’t too familiar with New Balance or some of the product offerings. Upon looking lost and unsure where to even start, this young gentleman, Connor, was kind enough to lend me a helping hand and was very knowledgeable and willing to help me in my gifting search. Connor truly went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect shoe, in the end I wasn’t able to find the right size and model that my brother wanted, but Connor showed me all the online options and provided me with all the right tools to go on the website and continue my browsing experience there. I have shopped many athletic wear stores and I can say I’ve never had such a pleasant and welcoming shopping experience! Thank you Connor and Bridgeport New Balance!
