Pioneer Park

The park has a wide playground for the kids along with swing. There's picnic tables and party table with a roof covered. It's located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. There's no public restroom however it is wheelchair accessible.

Really nice park. Lots of open space.. No bathroom...but there is a soft liner under the swings and around the climbing structure
Parking is limited but you can fit a few cars there.
There is also a handicap swing here...just in case you are in need.
There are benches to sit and keep an eye on the kids too.

Imaginative play is key. This park has a set of swings and a large, open, play area with soft, rubber ground with various fake log tunnels, ropes, and false rock piles to climb around on. My boys (8 and 12 years old) had a blast pretending they were on top on a high mountain, on an expedition of some kind. My daughter (3 years old and autistic) LOVED the adapted swing, because she felt secure and it reminded her of her car seat. All of my kids enjoyed this little park. It's nothing fancy, but I think we forget that kids are capable of using their imaginations and don't need much to have fun. At least their outside in the fresh air, getting exercise. We had a great time here.

Loved playing here with my 4 year old girl and 2 year old boy. If the kids are not into climbing and jumping off of stuff, then this park is fun for playing tag and practicing your balance. Wish we had one of these parks in our home town.

We love this little park. The climbing rocks make it a fun and unique place for kids too play. I also love that it's somewhat more accessible for differently abled kids.

Fun and unique rock climbing/jumping obstacles plus a variety of swings. If your kiddo like to climb they will like this playground.

Nice little park located in the middle of Happy Valley. There is green fields for pets and I’ve seen people enjoying their walks at this park.

Clean, quiet, family & dog friendly. Our visit ended with an ice cream from mobile van!
