Hey Holman Ford, are the best! Holman is the only dealership I go to. I live in Philadelphia. There service is top notch. The best part is they the prices are fair.

Made a 9:00 a.m. appointment for a recall. Dropped my car off in the morning and got a ride home. At 1:30 p.m. I got a call that it still was not done. Then they told me they would need my car overnight but should be ready first thing in the morning. I called multiple times when they opened at 9:00 a.m. the next morning and nobody answered the phone for over an hour. Finally got a hold of someone who said my car would be done around 1:00 p.m. ...... Absolutely ridiculous. Over 24 hours for something that I was told would only take 4 hours. I will not be returning here ever again. 2 days wasted.
