Pirate Voyages

The highlight of our trip! My 6 year old talked about it for weeks after. My 2 year old requests to go on a pirate ship regularly now. Our initial booking time had to be changed due to weather, but we were notified well in advance and were able to change our day and time with ease. The crew was great! We are repeat customers - this tour is fun for all ages, (especially kids age 4 to 8?), and for those who love pirates and the ocean. The crew is fun, engaging, and makes all guests feel welcome, safe, and entertained. Definitely a great get together for families and friends with kiddos. Prepare your kids that they could get splashed, but it will be worth it!! (Or ask where to sit where the ride is drier!) ❤

We love this attraction! We have taken my grandson several times and he loves it each time. The young men and women on board as the crew are great with the kids and they work very hard to make each child feel included in the activities. They are very enthusiastic, funny, energetic, and respectful! The sneaky pirate in the little boat is hysterical and he deserves a lot of credit for getting soaked like he does. (Of course he deserves it for taunting the kids!) The tattoos they paint on the kids are fun, too. This is always a great way to spend an hour or so. Great job, everyone!!!

Awesome trip for kids, a nice little ride for adults. The crew was amazing with all the kids, and my son had a great time. They kept the kids engaged and it was a surprise after surprise adventure for them. Prices are reasonable even in the gift shop.

The pirate voyage was amazing for my 3 year old son. The staff were wonderful with him and put on a great show. I’d highly recommend for a kid of any age. I had fun too. It was way more fun than I expected!!

The crew was wonderful! Much more interactive than I imagined. The corny pirate jokes were underappreciated 😉. I would gladly take my kids on this voyage again.

At the last minute, while on the way to Ocean City, our boat excursion (with another company) called to cancel our trip due to low bookings for the 11AM trip. I did some online scrambling with moments to spare and we (husband and me) booked a tour on the Sea Dragon.

Unbeknownst to us, this boat trip is designed for young kids. We realized this when it was too late, so we went on the hour tour anyway. We thought, "oh boy, we just got on the wrong boat. This is not going to be good."

Here's what happened instead. We actually had a great time! We spent our time observing the crew, who did a fantastic job relating to the children on the tour.

The Captain: Bridget did a great job of piloting the ship and supervising the teenage workers. Her stories and jokes were hilarious. We felt safe on the boat with her at the helm.

The Pirates: The best part of the trip was the water battles. Two of the teenage employees dressed up as pirates in silly masks and came out on the bay in a small, motorized boat to throw buckets of water at the kids/ship while the kids were shooting the pirates with water spray cannons from the boat. The kids loved it. We loved it.

Best of all was how the crew interacted with the kids on the trip. The crew is kind and caring and it is clear that they are a close-knit group who loves to laugh and have fun.

Had we known that the Sea Dragon was a kiddie excursion, we would not have booked the trip. However, now we have a great story to tell. When you are in Ocean City, if you have young kids, you will greatly enjoy a voyage on the Sea Dragon.

Always a great time, very entertaining. Even the price is pretty good for what they offer. Always a must book during our Ocean City trip.

I honestly think I had more fun than my kids did! The whole experience is very well done, and the kids were constantly engaged and entertained throughout the trip. Bring cash because you'll want to tip more than you think! We cannot wait to go again next year.

High seas adventure for a very reasonable price!!! The people working the boat were very entertaining and referred to each child by their name which my son absolutely loved. I hope they keep the part when the “bad pirate” comes around and the kids shoot him with water guns. Both my sons had an absolute blast and I highly recommend doing this with your kids! Don’t forget to tip the boat workers!!

We have done this adventure couple times already. It is so much fun. The actors are great and very entertaining. We are definitely going back!

My four kids had a blast. The crew of Brigette kilo and jaxton did a great job excitedly acting out the pirate voyage. It was like blippy meets SpongeBob.

We had so much fun and my 3 year old loved it. We were running behind and parked 5 minutes before departure and they called to make sure we weren’t lost and if we needed directions. I really appreciated that! Will definitely be back next summer.

My family and I had a spectacular time. The entire crew was extremely friendly especially Kevin the pirate. Thanks again for an amazing day.

What a blast! Whatever your expectations are in booking this trip for the first time - they will be far exceeded. Everyone on board clearly loves what they do and made the trip enjoyable from the moment we got there. The adults had just as much fun as the kids!

Just got off the boat and what a cool experience!!! This is SO much fun and so interactive for kids!! It isn’t just a simple boat ride, it’s a whole show involving the kids and they get pirate treasure and grog (soda) at the end! They all seemed super excited! 5+ stars! Absolutely do this with your kids, it’s a great time!!

Absolute must do for the little ones! We had so much fun - completely interactive and engaging - one of the best experiences at the Jersey Shore. The cast and crew are fantastic. Loved it.
