Wonderfully kind owner who is also extremely skillful at her craft! I had a dress that needed to be altered (shoulder strap shortening, hemming, and bustle pinning). During the fitting, the owner was also very good at knowing what length and bustle style would look flattering for my body type/shape. She completed the alterations on time. The end result was beautiful and extremely comfortable for me to wear to an event!

I have never experienced such great customer service before at a cleaners or alterations place! The owner went above and beyond! My daughter, who is last minute for everything needed alterations to a prom dress. We called to see if it would be possible to have it done before the Big Day! The owner said, “Yes, bring it hurry!” Well to our surprise the dress was completed in 24 hours! Professionally done like I purchased the dress without alterations. My daughter tried on the dress and Perfect!

I wish I could post a photo of my dress. Idk if I could express how happy I was. My wedding dress and my receptionist dress came out amazing. Not to mention. I gave a legit last min second dress. She hooked it up. She did an amazing job. You was so happy, that I was happy. I can't begin to give my thanks. Also, not to mention my dress was 3 sizes to big before alterations. My back which was lace was perfect!

Absolutely amazing. Extremely satisfied with their service. I brought in New purchase that needed to get altered and they were extremely accommodating. I brought it to her on a Saturday and said I needed it by the following Thursday morning. I followed up with a call on Wednesday to make sure it was still on track to get done Thursday on Wednesday. When I called she knew exactly who I was and the current status of my clothing. Said she will press it and have it ready in the morning as planned. When I tried it on I could not be any happier as it fit perfectly. Thank you so much. Will for sure suggest to any locals in cherry hill and bring her my service whenever I need an alteration for sure :) thank you!

Stopped in here quickly to see about a button for a tulle wedding cape. I fully expected to drop this off and come back another day, but she fixed it right in front of me in about 1 minute! Had a really quick and pleasant experience.

I love going to ViP she will doing anything you need and even rush something through if your in a pinch. I’ve never had a bad experience. Super professional my kids even take there suits and work clothes because she is just pleasant and accommodating!

Mami did soo good! She altered my dress, I had a slit and she made it longer (Im 5’2) and she even gave me tips how to sit! She did it within 24 hours and I highly recommend. Thank you!!
