I see these other reviews that say Mr.Simons is unresponsive and hard to get ahold of. Well that’s to be expected from a busy lawyer that pretty much works solo. All I ever asked was when my court day comes that he is there to represent me to the best of his abilities. And Mr.Simons always delivers. If he takes your case you’re in good hands.

Choosing Mr. Simmons as my Lawyer was definitely the right choice to make no questions asked! I was represented on a handful of cases and everything turned out the way i expected. My first time ever hiring a lawyer I was referred to Robert Simons from a friend of mine who hired Mr. Simons a few times. I had a mess of tickets and warrants that I needed to get rid of in order to get my license back. I first contacted him about a week or so before Christmas’s 2018 and had everything cleared up, court over with, and my license back by the second week of January. His secretary/assistant/front desk girl (sorry I forget her name) is very sweet. As I said before I had never hired a lawyer before I had a ton of stupid questions almost daily and she’s would answer them the best she could. If she couldn’t answer them, she would find the answer and get back to me as soon as she did. She really made the process much more comfortable and easier to deal with. I would definitely recommend hiring Robert Simons if you need a lawyer. God forbid if I ever need a lawyer I’ll be back!! THANK YOU!! -Brooke

Talks a good game when you're in the consultation but when it comes down to business, he is not there when you need him, makes you feel like you are fighting your case all alone, you pay all this money, thinking you have somebody good by your side, when you could have done better with a public attorney. Do not trust this man with your case.

The positive posts were made from his staff. He is so careless never responds hardly spoke to him outside of court. He downed every other lawyer only to be the worse choice
