AT&T Store

Monica, the only one working at the time, was amazing and able to fix a problem Immediately. Being that I had already spent hours and hours of that previous week before I went into the store I was very relieved and happy to be met with great customer service as well as somebody who was able to rectify and recognize the situation very easily. She was also able to help another customer while completing our issue with our phone. On all. I think she did an amazing job with getting the store customers happy and taken care of, as well as her knowledge and abilities to be able to handle a things In a fast-paced environment! AT&T is lucky to have the employee!

Today was the most rewarding moments in my life with the experience I had at this AT&T location. Angel assisted me in my trade in with my device as I’ve been a newer AT&T customer since last year. This being my first time going in store for anything, Angel’s customer service was TOP TIER! The whole team was attentive, timely, patient, and highly professional. I’ve never had this type of experience in a retail store in my life and I’m honored to be apart of AT&T and appreciative o this experience. I highly recommend this location. It’s nothing short of AMAZING! 🩷🩷

I was in yesterday 4/1/24 to pick up my mom's new iPhone, both ladies (I think Angela was the one ladies name) who were there were awesome! I was nervous ordering phones online as we usually do everything in store but they were able to talk me through everything. Even when I left I didn't realize my mom's old phone was shut off, I called back and they were able to help me figure out the issue. Awesome customer service!

I want to give a big shout out to Matt and Anthony. Matt was very patient, friendly and knowledgeable with my mom and her friend….both of who are very technologically challenged. He took his time and help them upgrade their phones, do the conversion and explain how it worked so they understood it. Anthony was very polite and helped us through this process. My mom and her friend really liked working with Matt and her and I both enjoyed working with Anthony. We all highly recommend this store and especially Matt.

I purchased a new Apple watch through AT&T on-line store but the order was wrong and despite several hours on phone with AT&T rep there wasn’t any resolution to problem. so we had to go to store on kings highway / white horse pike to have it straightened out. My husband and I were met by store associates, Monica and Anthony who ended up saving the day. They were able to provide 100% customer satisfaction having worked quite hard to fix the problem that originated from the on-line store. Their service was exceptional. While there we also decided to purchase / trade in for new Iphones and an additional Apple watch for my husband. We had to spend quite some time at store but we did get great service without any subsequent issues.

I recently purchased my new Samsung Galaxy cellphone and had Monica and Matt help me complete the transfer process. There attention detail was "fantastic." They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable from the beginning to the end!
I highly suggest visiting this store to shop for all your cellphone accessories!

We went into our local store to have my phone fixed after being on cruise and could not get it to work properly unless it was hooked to wifi. Not only did Anthony fix the problem, but he helped get us set up with FirstNet, get a free smartwatch, and lower our bill by 25%. Customer service was exceptional by Anthony and Brianna. I am very pleased with our service. I definitely recommend the Audubon store!

Angel was great! Came in to have my number transferred and phone upgraded and she was more than helpful through the process.

I was looking to buy the new iPhone 15 pro and it was out at every other store. I called to see if it was available and they were able to put it on hold for me. When I arrived I was able to be in and out of the store within 20 minutes with my new phone ready to use.

We recently went to the ATT store in Audubon and could not have been happier with the service. The agent who assisted us, Angel, was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. She helped us change our web and TV services, purchase two new phones, and improve our phone plan, and saved us money in the process. Angel was a great help - I highly recommend this store and this agent.

My husband and I went into the AT&T store in Audubon, NJ. We are so pleased with the service we received that I felt impelled to write a review while still in the store! Anthony and Brianna were extremely helpful and patient with my husband and I while upgrading our phones as well as helping us to add a new line for our son as a Christmas gift this year. They even lowered our bill with the 2 new devices added on as well as the new line! I am so grateful to have received the service we did and would recommend this particular ATT branch to anyone ! A HUGE thank you to them!

I had the most positive experience at the Audubon ATT store on 8/5/23.
I have used this location as well as other ATT locations, but the service on 8/5/23 was exceptional! Thank you to Angel Rilecki, ATT associate. (Hope I spelled her name correctly.) I saw her take care of all my issues while answering phones with the same professionalism. Please share my gratitude with her

I was helped right away, and they resolved an issue I was having dealing with a sale from another store. I also watched them resolve an issue another customer was having dealing with another store! Very friendly staff great customer service and worked together as team to help me and other customers. Was happy I left with a new phone and a great plan! Will definitely return to that store!

Great customer service! I hate going into a phone store because I feel like I am in there for hours but I was in and out in no time. Very experienced. Very knowledgeable. I went into the store to get a new phone today. I have been a customer with at&t for 15 years and I have never had such a pleasant experience. John, the tech, was not only extremely knowledgeable and helpful but so pleasant and sociable. Made the whole process seamless! Would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience at this store!!! When I walked in I was warmly welcomed and provided with exceptional service. I came in to get a new phone and Patty helped me pick the right phone for me. As she was helping me sync my phone Fernando came over to help and was very nice. Nicole was helping out too. They spent extra time with me to make sure my phone synced properly. I would highly recommend anyone to come into this store.

Joseph is the absolute best! He answered all of mine and my mom's questions without hesitation and made my trade-in such a seamless process. He clearly does a great job leading the team at this location. Highly recommend!
