In the world of computers , this store still has their human interaction and warmth. We have been here a few times before finalizing the products, I have seen the sales team’s respect for each one of their colleagues and the way the interact speaks volumes of their value. One of the best attitude, they give your space to discuss with the other person and step aside.

First time in the store. We’ve been hunting for a refrigerator for awhile because we have a hard space to fill. Lisa right away knew the perfect one for us that fit all of our specifications. She was so sweet and she felt really trustworthy. We’re so excited to get our new fridge!

I just bought my dishwasher online from David E. He is wonderful - competent, efficient, no pressure to buy. He answered all of my questions and set up my delivery exactly as I wanted, then gave me the call confirmations to expect. All this online. I really felt that PC Richard delivered customer satisfaction in a big way. In this case the transaction was just as good as in person, so thanks, David.

Came in to buy a new washing machine, Mike was very helpful. He greeted me and assisted me with with my purchase of new LG washer he explained to me the differences in the brands he was very informative which helped me in my decision making. This was smooth purchase process.

Went to this location Saturday looking for a new refrigerator. My wife and I were met by Dan in the showroom. He was a joy to work with. He was able to provide all of the information we were looking for and didn't make either of us feel pressured for a sale. Dan was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining minor details as well as answering any questions. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for appliances.

Needed replacement washer to be delivered with special installation ASAP. Was able to accomplish the entire purchase and scheduling via the online Chat feature. The Chat associate was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Made the process FAR faster than going to a store. Obviously, this is easier if you know in advance the exact item you want, but I’m sure the associate could help you make informed purchase decisions as well.

Looking for appliances or TV? Brian Siddell is your guy! He is so patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Great experience working with Dan Weaver to get my washer purchased. I didn’t have time to go into the store, so Dan went above and beyond to measure exactly the depth of the machine to ensure it would work for me. Even texted me a picture so we were on the same page. That’s customer service!!

I and my wife recently purchased two IBUYPOWER gaming computers, Sealy mattress and mattress protector that came with a promotional item 32inch TV for free. It was so amazing. We had a good deal on our purchases. Thank you, Andrew and Dan so much for assisting us and giving more details about the deals and promotion. Andrew and Dan are so awesome people with good personality, treating the customers respectfully and working with each of them individually so the customers can feel themselves special.
