Love this office!! Staff is always great! And they always fit me in the same day if needed! Stephanie is amazing she is the sweetest and most understanding physician I've ever been too! And for someone like myself who is very anxious about visiting any doctors office she makes me very comfortable and is so easy to talk too! 10/10 recommend this office!!

Every single doctor and the nurse practitioner in this practice treats you as though they have known you forever. From reception and waiting times to doctor involvement is quick and fantastic. Emergency appointments are easy to get and taken seriously. 4 years with this practice and I have never been happier. Thanks for being dependable.

Absolutely a great practice from receptionists to nurses to doctors. I have been a patient there for 10 years and havenever had anything but superb care. They ask questions, they listen to your answers, they listen and discuss your concerns. They were instrumental in managing my overall health during the recovery from a serious car accident.

My grandma went here as an out of town patient for an ongoing health problem. She said doctors were all very kind and attentive being thorough and asking enough questions to address all of her concerns. She had no problems with any of the staff and was thankful to have gotten resolution to her health concern while in town.

I've been using this practice for myself and my 3 children for about 2 years now and we never have any issues with anything the rooms are very nice the staff is wonderful and the Drs. are beyond amazing! I highly recommend Tabernacle Family to any one needing a solid Family Physicians office.

Dr. Shah is an excellent and resourceful provider who has given me great confidence in my treatment.

The front desk and nurses along with dr Patel were amazingly helpful. I believe they saved my life.

Been going here my entire life, well before the current regime. The doctors are fine, and the Nurse Practitioner is great. Unfortunately the office staff falls well short of anything I would consider acceptable. No one returns phone calls even after multiple voicemails. I finally opted to switch my primary care physician due to the lack of response.

Look elsewhere. Staff is very friendly, but calls aren’t returned. Prescriptions get called into multiple pharmacies and forget about pre-authorizations. It shouldn’t take weeks to have a simple glucose reader pre-authorized so Medicare will cover it. Dr. Patel, like so many other doctors, will rush you in and out, doesn’t listen to your concerns, nickel and dimes you with bloodwork and copays, but never follows through with his insight on the results. I should have left years ago when he told my father he didn’t need a second opinion and he didn’t need to bring his daughter (me) with him to his visits. They elderly wouldn’t need to bring an advocate with them if doctors weren’t so predatory in their practices.

This office is a joke. They have staff that discuss completely inappropriate things right at their front desk in front of all patients...young and old. My newborn/toddler went here and never even had his ears looked at one time. I had a better visit for him at a nearby clinic!!! Most of the staff is rude when you ask for a simple appt and DO NOT HIDE HOW MUCH YOU ARE AN INCONVENIENCE. I will make sure everyone knows to stay away from this place and will be contacting the better business bureau on them. This place should be put out of business.

I called two weeks ago about obtaining my immunization records for a new job. I left a two voicemails for the nurse and never received a call back about my needed documentation.

Doctors are okay. Office staff are terrible. Called for a prescription refill and the staff send in the wrong one for my husband who had a stroke two years ago. They are truly inept. Do not know when I had my last blood work done. Office staff are terrible

Horrible doctors! all about money and not about their patients. Tries to get you to take test and bloodwork without your approval or negative results because "your insurance is good and covers it) Looses my insurance info multiple times. Tried to charge me $85 to speak with the doctor at the counter. Tries sending me a bill from 2013 when its 2018. I used to like this office but it has gone down hill in the past 5 years. Finally going else where.

it is literally IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with anyone. Ive had perscriptions never filled because CVS can't get a hold of anyone and i have the same problem. They've held my medication so I would come in for a check up that was LITERALLY a 10 minute conversation about how nothing had changed. It's unbelievably frustrating trying to get refills done.
