I've gotten prescriptions and have done a minute clinic visit here when an immediate appointment was necessary and every single person was courteous, professional and kind.
I'm sure that they get overwhelmed because the drive up line and store line is normally always long because they are open when every place in this part of Jersey closes early compared to where I am from. It's weird that people expect that every call can be answered immediately with this type of volume and for staff to never get burned out. I'm sure they are understaffed because it seems like every customer facing place has been understaffed since the pandemic, but I would not want to work there looking at the reviews either because some of the expectations are unrealistic.

The establishment was well organized, clean, and well lit and checkout process was very easy to use my rewards via self checkout or via the attendance. I like that I can get in and out for what I need without a hassle and browse easily for any items I might like to check out while there.

Carla in the Pharmacy is the best. She always is helpful and goes out of her way to provide great service. Our insurance recently changed and she took the time to input all our new medical and prescription drug coverage. She saved us a significant amount of money on two high co pay new prescriptions by her caring and knowledge.

The fact that this place is 24/7 is literally life saving. Yes any chain has its flaws but this cvs is literally a staple of our local community.

Great experience coming from 2 different Walgreens that take 5 hours to fill a prescription. Cvs took 15 minutes or less. I was blown away. Quick checkout.

Came here because I thought I had strep throat. Turns out I didn't but, nurse Jerri and the doctor were so very nice to me. The doctor even helped me select the right medicine for my allergies.

Got our flu shots here and the nurse was great!

Used the minute clinic for a Tdap Vaccine and the process (and surprisingly the vaccine as well) were painless! Signed in on the computer in the back of the store and within a minute or two, I was called in. Both nurses were very nice and even gave me suggestions on primary care dr's in the area. I got my vaccine (which didn't hurt at all - a first for me!) and I was on my way. Whole process took 10 minutes - a great service!

Came to see the minute clinic and the doctor was really nice and quick and throughout, and the pharmacy was busy but still very nice! May have taken a while, but still an overall nice experience!

Today I got my first vaccine at this location, I read the reviews before I went there and I was skeptical of going, anyway I wanted to share my experience, definitily 5 stars, my appt was at 15:15 and I checked in with a guy at entrance at 15:02, him and the ladys that aproach me were very nice and polite, I was out of there by 15:20.

This is always a must stop place when I'm coming here for the holidays. It's the last little convenient pharmacy when I'm heading to my aunt's for the holidays. Been here many times and never had a bad experience.

He I first came in this morning the worker or manager was nice to me i think he's the manager or a worker he said hi to when i first came in and i said hello how are you I asking him do you have almond milk he said yes we do tge worker or manager showed where the almond milk was and the worker helping me putting the money in into the machine and the worker helping me with the one doller Bill's when I was putting it in into the machine because my one dollers was getting wrinkled just a little

I use this CVS pharmacy and have never had a bad experience! I usually get the same pharmacist and she is awesome.
